The chapatis were soft and fluffy. Not too fine or too coarse.

My husband orders this every 2 weeks for chapati/roti. He's from Pakistan & the store bought flour just didn't pass the test. I personally prefer to purchase food items off the store shelves, but I'm thankful he is able to get the flour online that he needs to make his favorite meal.

Amazing texture, great all truly natural ingredients and results in amazing taste. Out of this world pancake, bread, chapati (flat bread/tortilla) ingredient.

This is preliminary as I haven’t prepared any roti’s yet but I did want to leave this review because the best by date on the package is 2/5/2022 and this is no return or exchange allowed.Considering this is wheat flour and that can go rancid faster than white I’m unsure of the freshness. Even flour bought in store usually has a date at least a year out. I’ll keep it in the freezer for now.I’ll update after preparation but I’m more than a little upset about the age of the product.
