One of the lace holders on my pair broke, and ON will not repair or replace the shoe because they have no affiliation with sales of their products via Bolo. This is directly from their customer service.

UPDATE; May 30th, these shoes are falling apart. So that is 3 months of continuous useI found these sneakers to not be worth it, you’re paying for the name. Everyone wears them at the gym and everyone and their moms swear they are so comfortable. They are not.Pros: the elastic shoe laces which I first thought to be a novelty are really quite practical. I am surprised this is not a more widely used idea.Cons: they are not like “walking on a cloud”. I have a hard time believing people think this. The balls of my feet ache.In conclusion i find these to be over priced plastic and rubber shoes. We will see how long they last if i wear them everyday. As others have mentioned, they are not very durable.
