I bought these molds because I needed 100 to make some cheese flans and I didn't have the quantity I needed from the ones I had previously. At first I wasn't very convinced, until I started working with them. I fell in love with these molds. They are made of aluminum, but they are much better structured than the ones I had. They are stronger and much better to work with. As you can see in one of the photos, they don't get stained by hot water when they are being baked. They are much firmer than the other aluminum mold, which feels "soft" when you pick it up to take it out of the oven. They are more stylized and the presentation is much nicer. Would I buy them again? Definitely.

The material is thicker than I expected, so that make them better to transport! The fact that they have a cover is perfect! Very easy to use!

I used these for my Creme brûlées and they came out perfect. Took the heat well in the oven and the covers worked well as this was fir catering purposes. Will purchase again.

They’re amazing. Great deal. Work very well. So far I’ve used them to bake creme brûlées and banana bread. I put the lid on once they’re cooled.

This product is functional with a few issues. The lids on a few of them were damaged and couldn't be fixed. The base worked, but was more flimsy than I would have liked. Overall this product worked and I made apple pies and peach pies in them for a wedding dessert table.
More like a small individual cake!!
I bought them for my parents 60th wedding anniversary and they worked out absolutely perfectly!! Love the fact that they came with lids so people were able to take them home. Nice size, bigger than a cupcake which means I didn’t get as many as I was planning on getting but it all worked out and I was glad they were a little larger.
Lids did not fit
I was able to use the foil ramekin but the lids did not fit at all. I can make use of the lids but this was a bit disappointing

I adore these mini pie pans. The lids are a bit delicate, so they can snap easy, but otherwise, amazing. Absolutely perfect for the purpose I bought them for.
Great product
It really served well it’s purpose.We bought to bake some desserts individually, and it’s great! After baked we could use the lids and store the sweets in the fridge.Recommend and would buy again!
Wonderful size for individual servings
I bake a lot, and wanted to make some treats for my veterinarian's clinic. I bought these on a whim, as I wanted something with a cover.They're excellent. I made individual cheesecakes and cupcakes. They were great in the oven, and are the same size as a standard cupcake. I do wish the dome was but taller, as I like to put on a tall mound of frosting, but these were great for a frosting rose and some sprinkles.They held up nicely for eating out of as well, nothing fell apart. Will definitely purchase again.

At first I wasn't very convinced, until I started working with them. I fell in love with these molds. They are made of aluminum, but they are much better structured than the ones I had.
