If you have super sensitive eyes, these eye drops are 100x better than conventional eye drops. Non-toxic ingredients with no unnecessary chemicals or preservatives. Very soothing and doesn’t cause blurred vision. They feel just like natural tears!

Used this in combination with Ketorolac eye drops post-cataract surgery after my doctor recommended. The Ketorolac drops would burn my eyes and make my sight milky and less crisp. My sight would get better but then then the drops would make it worse again. By using TheraTears 1.5-2hrs after the Ketorolac drop, the burning stopped and my sight no longer went backwards, it got better every day and I had 20/20 vision by day 7.

Comfortable lubricating eye drop. Preservative free so its good for the 3-4x/day user who fear toxicity from multi use bottles of eye drops. The drops are not too viscous to be blurring the vision, but if you have severe dry eyes you may need one of the more viscous one for longer lasting relief. TheraTears has been around for decades and is a proven help for the dry eye sufferer. One caveat: it doesn't recap as easily as some PF dropperttes.

I am just coming off a bout of really-painful-right-eye. I think it may have all started from using a little bottle of Bausch & Lomb contacts lubricants without actually using contacts. I came home with strained eyes one day (I have a habit of not blinking when I focus on the screen), put some drops in, and they made things worse. The next week, I tried again, only with the same bad results. Then I tried on a pair of cheapo contacts and used many drops of that Bausch & Lomb stuff.I don't know if it was something in the contacts packaging or if it was from too much of the Bausch & Lomb drops, but my eye started hurting really bad for the next 2 days, the top of my sinuses were swelling, and I had to go to an optometrist. I couldn't work, I hated watching Youtube, I hated having my eye open or closed. Life was terrible for those 2 days. Opcon A didn't do anything at all. The doctor's prescription, though, has cleared things up -- a week of antibiotics drops, plus I'm on my third week of ketotifen (allergy) drops now. They cleared the really bad part of the pain but the antibiotics still left my eyeball feeling like it had something foreign near its core. It's fine now that I'm off it. I have my third and hopefully final visit tomorrow.Meanwhile, I've just started using Thera Tears yesterday, and I don't know if it's because they're preservative-free or if the formulation is just magic, but I don't think my eyes have felt this good in 10+ years! Unlike other "lubricating drops", these make my eyes feel better instantly, and judging by what my fingers feel like after wiping away the overflow, the formula does feel slick. Each disposable vial contains plenty, so I'm using 2 drops on each eye in the morning, and another 2 drops each in the afternoon, with lots of extra left over. My last two evenings have been completely sore-eye free! I can't recommend the product enough.

These are amazing eye drops. I like to keep them in my refrigerator, that way they're nice and cool when I use them. I love that they are preservative free, after having Lasik eye surgery that's what was recommended. Not this particular brand, but I feel this brand is just as effective. Great value for effectiveness.
