It is still heavy for me, but I can use this by myself. I could never have done it along without it. I thought it might be unsightly, but its alright - worth it to be able to operate the cover. I like the color.

This was way more complicated than most would typically think. Looks easy, but instructions were unclear. After a couple hours and finally figuring out proper configuring, found out I had a defective piece. The straight bar that connect the middle to both arms had indented end so it would not slide over the arms. Even with pliers and manipulating it wouldn’t shape well enough to fit in the arms. Got the whole thing all sorts of out of whack and might have to scrap the whole thing since I’m sure my manipulation makes it ineligible for return.

I didn't expect much at first because my bathtub cover is heavy, but it turned out to be up to the job and held my bathtub cover very securely!

We've only been using it a week now but so far so good and works great .

Garbage. Broke Plastic Moulded attachment to the hot tub. This part needs to be metal to withstand the force required to put the huttub cover back.
