This cleans well and minimizes the amt of hair l find in my drain catcher. Whenever l try switching back to another shampoo, the fallout starts over again. l would recommend for thinning hair. Price is ouchy but i will likely buy again. No-poo works minimizes better, esp if you are washing daily and dont need alot of suds. Also my hair keeps its nat wave without getting frizzy(using cond deva with) l just wish they would bring back the little travel trios cause they last a long time since you use such a small amt.

The first bottle I got of this the consistency was like a thick liquid and worked as desired. The second bottle the product is as thin as water and runs right out of my hands if I try to pour it in them. The bottle was still sealed when I got it, so it hasn't been tampered with. I'm assuming there was a bad batch in the manufacturing facility. It also leaves kind of a greasy residue, unlike my first bottle.Edit: after using this for a month, I'm changing my rating from three stars to one star. It's made my hair dry and straggly, and my hair is falling out way more than usual. For as expensive as this is, it's not a good quality product.

Now that I am in my 70s my hair gets like straw if I wash more than every 5-7 days.So if an occasion comes upand I must wash say on day3, my hair will be cleansed but not moisture stripped. I didn’t even condition it last time and my hair still had some softness and control. I will buy another bottle.

This is my 3rd bottle. I started with two travel size to make sure I liked it. Absolutely wonderful for curly hair! I turned all of my friends on to this that has curly hair. The gel and smoothing cream are also very good!

Great results for curly hair
Deva Curl products never ever fail to define and maximize my curls. I get soft ringlets and no frizziness. I struggle with my preconceptions about ‘no poo’ and even ‘low poo’ — that your hair isn’t clean if you don’t get lots of lather - but that is simply not true. Both formulations give you clean hair and beautiful results for your curls. Love it!!! Used together, the shampoo, conditioner and defining cream give amazing results for my fine, curly hair.

Formula Changed!
The formula has changed. I thought that it was the wrong product until I read the reviews here. It is now clear and lathers a lot more. My hair was left a tangled mess and it removed a lot of colour. Please bring back the older product.
Would give 5 stars if not for the price
Insanely expensive, but this is the only shampoo that works in my curly/wavy hair. It doesn’t dry the scalp or hair and helps preserve temperamental curves.
