I'm married to a snorer.It hasn't always been this way. It has progressed with age I suppose.I try to fall asleep in our own bed but most nights, I end up in the guest bed which quite frankly, is a dynamite nights sleep.I have tried ALL the other brands of ear plugs from foam, to the putty, to the black ones with the little ring.I even gave my pair of shop headphones a whirl and they didn't work at all!We had a vacation planned where our hotel stay was in one room.Thankfully, there were two, Queen beds. I took my black ear plugs with the little ring. They worked really well however, after three nights of wearing them, my inner ear was in pain. That little black ring is not comfortable for a side sleeper like me.I came home and ordered these ear plugs.I'm not a fan of wearing them nightly, but I wanted to give them a try to see how comfortable they were.After all ... there will be other travel nights in hotel rooms and I wanted to find something comfortable to wear.These fit the bill ... seriously!They do not cancel out 100% of the noise, but they do muffle it enough that I can sleep much more comfortably. Having another bed all to myself helps a lot too.They are easy to insert and take out and they are comfortable ... well as comfortable as an ear plug can be.If you're married to a snorer too ... there is help. These ear plugs are comfortable and effective.You deserve a good nights sleep. Give these a whirl.

I recently realized how often I am awakened by noises in the night, I was using the sponge type earplugs that I had on hand but woke up with my ears hurting from the pressure. In searching for sleeping ear plugs I came across this brand and I an thrilled with them! I love how they fit and they block just enough noise that I can sleep peacefully through the night. I can't wait to try them out at my next concert and see how they work in that situation. They are very comfortable and since they came with two sizes they are a perfect fit.

I’ve tried so many ear plugs over the years, and these are by far the most comfortable and effective ones I’ve found. The 3D oval shape really makes a difference — they fit naturally in the ear without that painful pressure I used to get with round plugs. I’m a side sleeper, and these don’t dig into my ear or fall out during the night.

I got these plugs because sometimes I have a hard time tuning out loud snoring and noises. I used to use the foam ear plugs, but they were difficult to get in and seated properly to block noise, and were not comfortable for using all night. Half the time I'd wake up to find one or both had come out and were lost in the bed somewhere.The first night I used these plugs it was like quiet relief. They are EXTREMELY easy to put in, comfortable (yes, even as a side sleeper!), and easy to remove. They stay put all night no matter how much tossing and turning you do. They do not completely eliminate noise, but it's reduced by about 90% and loud noises sound far away. I was able to easily tune out the rest of the noise and fall asleep without issue as well as not get woken up in the middle of the night.If you're looking for comfortable, easy to use plugs that don't break the bank, are reusable, and cut a significant amount of noise out and reduce the rest greatly...look no further! Well worth the price for some good night sleep!

I have tried several styles of earplugs, including the popular Loop earplugs, and found that none do an exceptional job of noise canceling.I am primarily interested in using earplugs when I’m traveling by plane. I have become accustomed to the excellent noise-canceling feature on my AirPods or Bose Quiet headphones, and I’m looking to mimic that dampening of silence in a more compact fashion, such as an earplug.Just by browsing, I discovered these Alpine earplugs and decided to take a chance on a brand I was unfamiliar with, based partly on the positive reviews and because the other earplugs failed to yield a good result.I’m glad I took that chance because I was impressed with Alpine earplugs' ability to cancel most ambient noise in my home. I do not live alone, and even the TV playing in an adjacent room sometimes disturbs me.I have not tried them on a plane yet, but I have a vacation scheduled in a month, so I will try the Alpine earplugs on the flight and provide an update on their effectiveness.Until then, I’m happy with their performance. Also, these Alpine earplugs are obviously reusable—they even have a small box to hold them. I will have to see firsthand how well these Alpine earplugs hold up to repeated use instead of the foam earplugs that I usually buy and dispose of after one use.Ultimately, I recommend these reusable earplugs for seriously dampening noise around you. Just make sure u follow the directions about pulling your earlobe up and then slipping the earplug into your ear canal for the best fit.

Hello, I purchased this to replace other brand earplugs and the results have been somewhat disappointing , I purchased the M/L sized ones and they seem to not fit/being a bit small, also the noise blockage isn't really solid, I mean I am not a large man and the sizing for me usually is M and the noise I try to cancel or lessen is one from an Air condition n device but it has not been working for me, I read the instructions and I saw the video but the fit feels a bit loose , even if the device is fully inserted in the correct position.For me the foam earplugs seem to deliver better results although the comfort is better with the Alpine ones but what does it matter being comfortable but with almost the same noise levels?

Dulls some noise but amplifies others. Didn't seem to work well for me. On the other hand very comfortable and easy to use and transport.

Comfy for side sleepers
I’ve had a pair of the Loops Quiet (version 1) for a year and although they’re decent, these alpine dream sleep were SO MUCH COMFIER. I’m a side sleeper and these ones don’t stick out of my ear or have any “hard” parts, they’re sort of an oval shape compared to a more circular one so they fit in my ear better. They’re quite soft and easy to put in.As for sound blocking I can hear my alarms and some other sounds but it blocks out a lot of background noise - I’m a light sleeper and it really helps me relax and not feel like I’m gonna hear something to wake me up. I can sort of hear some snoring but very muffled. And they stay put in my ears all night - sometimes my other ones would slip out. Have been sleeping pretty solidly whenever I have them in and that’s usually a problem for me.

Czyli full komfort, przynajmniej w moim przypadku.Jeśli chodzi o skuteczność – niby to nie jest pełne tłumienie, ale robią swoją robotę. W nocy nie słychać takich zwykłych odgłosów (otwieranie drzwi, chodzenie, łażące psy), jakichś super głośnych nie miałam okazji przetestować. Noszone w dzień tworzą przytulną aurę. Słychać świat, ale on jest "gdzieś tam".No i super, że można je myć i używać dalej.Piszę opinię po miesiącu używania.

The only earplug that fits my ear!Great noice reduction and ears don’t hurt in the morning. If you have difficulty getting them on, try to hold ear’s top part and lift it up, then with your second hand tuck them in.
