I laughed at a friend who spend this much on a coffee maker, until I tried his coffee...It was his turn to laugh at me. Now we have the best coffee at home! The milk system is great, I would just use the refrigerator glass one that comes with the unit.We went home and counted up how much we were spending on Nespresso Pods, whos coffee is really good but cannot compare to the Jura's. It is about an 18 month payback.The coffee is world class from this machine. You can pick your own beans. Extremely easy to use. You just have to keep a cup under the spout when starting the machince and when it turns off due to water flowing out during cleaning.They could have made the front tray wider, the cups stick off at the right when using milk.

Jura machines make great coffee and are very convenient to use but break frequently and are very expensive to repair. I started to get error messages soon after the warranty expired. Repairs require sending the machine back to Jura for “refurbishing “ that costs $400 and comes with only a three month warranty. Mine broke again six months after “refurbishing “ and I had to pay another $400 for another “refurbishing “. When it broke again seven months later I was told it needed to be shipped back for yet another “refurbishing “ for another $400. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice shame on me; third time, I don’t think so. Machine is at the junkyard where it belongs.
