To be sure, I was hopeful that this product would have a positive outcome; I was thrilled to have an option other than prescription meds. I took it for 4 days and then side effects manifested. My knee joints and hands started swelling and were throbbing with pain, I was extremely dizzy, and the stomach upset was overwhelming. Unfortunately, my symptoms were were not reduced enough to withstand the negative effects. To be fair to the product, I didn't give it enough time to work, but what little positively associated progress being made was overtaken by the adverse side effects. Although side effects are an individual manifestation; I hope this product works for you because I know what you're living with. Lastly, this product is not eligible for return when purchased through Bolo.

I tried this product twice before writing this review to ensure it was fair. This product made my IC 10x worse and it took me two weeks both times to recover. I suggest not using this product.

I bought this product hoping it helped me with my IC syntoms but it didn't, instead it gave me nauseas and a terrible headache. Not sure why it has a lot of good reviews.
