Why did you pick this product vs others?:Beautiful doll with several joints in the arms for posing. This doll has a nice face, and the blue dress is shimmery. Comes with a brush. Well packaged. Good value.

If this is a gift for a little girl who loves Moana: yes, absolutely 100% get this doll. She'll love it.If you're a collector looking to get this? Eh. It's not a bad doll at all, but if you own an original 2016 Disney Store Moana, you'll quickly notice that something is a little off about her. Sisters, not twins.They changed the face sculpt for this doll from the one used for first run of the Moana dolls. I'm really not sure why—the first sculpt was perfection, in my opinion. The third picture compares an older doll with this one. The new one has a more gaunt face, and her skin tone is a little darker.Also, her nose has a little scuff on it (second picture). I'd be miffed if I paid full price, but I caught the doll on sale for $16.99. Had some weird white dust particles in her hair and in the box as well. If you value the box, there's an Bolo sticker on it (granted, it's on the back, but still). She is also missing the necklace she's supposed to have. Another review mentions this, so I'm curious if this is a manufacturer error or if they sent me a returned doll claiming it was new.I do like that her hair is really nice and not too thick. All in all she's a very pretty doll, but she might be slightly disappointing if you got one of the first runs of Moana.

She absolutely love it, and I as a parent like the nostalgia. But, I'm slightly disappointed that the legs dosent have the same bendig ability as the arms and hands. But overall, we like it!

Bad Hair Day for Aurora
I purchased this for a grandchild's birthday present. I was very disappointed because the long curly hair was so stiff and stuck together as though with some sort of gel, that it will take me some time to wash it out, recondition the hair and restore the curls. The doll's fringe was also stuck together and slightly stuck to its forehead. For the price, just under $60 Australian, this was very annoying. This is nowhere near the quality of Barbie or similar dolls I've bought, and I can't give it to my grandaughter in this sorry state.

I chose this doll because of the quality of dress and features. Did not disappoint. Beautiful.
