I've been dealing with my huge Keurig that is enormous and takes up as much space as my air fryer on my kitchen counter. Sadly, that one finally gave up the ghost. This little guy is freaking awesome and will make at least 4 cups of coffee in the morning on 1 reservoir. I like the black color, but wish I would have been more daring with a red or blue one, but my kitchen isn't cool like that. The coffee was quick this morning, it was just what I wanted. This little thing takes up about 1/3 of the space that my other coffee maker did. I love it. It's so cute. It's easy to use, quiet, and I think it's actually more durable than the big fancy Keurig I had with the LED screen.

This little express Keurig has become my new best friend. I've been using it for a few months now and couldn't be happier with its design, durability, speed, and how well it fits in small spaces. It brews both delicious coffee and tea without any leakage, or issues, and it's really very quiet in my opinion. It's so compact I was able to design my whole tea/coffee bar around it. My tea maker fits perfectly beside it on top of my K-cup holder (drawer). My spoon, stir sticks, cup and napkin holder, sit directly to the left of it and are the same height. To top it off I added a 3-tier shelf to the corner to hold my honey, tea tins of various types of teas, and other goodies to go in coffee and tea. I no longer drink soda thanks to this easy to use and amazingly fast little Keurig. Highly recommend.

We received our product fast it was what described . But it was the wrong item no fault of there's. I thought it was bigger but it did work but it was the wrong one oops we all order at times . But if it could of worked for me I would of kept it nice quality and fits its purpose . So if a person needs a small one this is perfect . Great Job and again very fast getting my item . The one I ordered to replace it does not even work it was cracked when we opened the box and we plugged it in and it would not even come on and it cost big bucks . Oh boy did I go thru crap to get this issue fixed. Unreal we was excited to get it got to have our coffee before we seen the cracked part well it would not come om. So we called to try to trouble shoot well it was broke from jump so again I was disappointed . So we found one at Walmart and got works great . But the issue is that when I called to talk about it because when I went to do a return they only was going to give me parcel credit on a product that was broken and would not even come on I'm like ok I habe a broken product and I have to pay half of it anyway . Well that was it . It took me 4 phone calls several pictures to just get my refund and they said we do not except returns on this product well if is does not work we can not use it . So I got them to finally send Me a label.to return it after all it never did even turn on so we got a faulty product it happens but stand behind you 3rd party sellers make it right I was not asking for it free it broken . Or a free replacement . I could not wait 2 more days so I bought the same one at Walmart. So they shipped me a 3rd one from Bolo that I did not even order and now i have to deal with a product I did not even reorder .i hit options just put my refund back on my card instead they sent me a replacement I did not ask for . So I wrnt thru a big Hassel to get it canceled well it still came so I have to send it back just to get a refund for the first broken one . So watch this they will just op to replace it even if you don't want it replaced ok thank you . I love Bolo never have I had this issue but it has been the biggest Hassel just to get a refund for a faulty product . So next time I'll check on who and what I order from this company . Who ever I talked to really told me a still be charged for something I sent back never used like I can help it waa broke cracked and would not even come on so it was im.sure a return and did not get noticed and just passed on

I've had this for about a year. It is a very good quality basic coffee maker that is lightweight and transportable. It makes excellent coffee in 8, 10, and 12 ounce portions with a "stronger" button available. Its seems pretty durable as I've taken it with me on a 3 month trip in our RV and to numerous hotels in state. No issues so far. I did knock off a star because the descaling process is a bit challenging with no instructions and little on the internet. Manufacturer should include or make available on the web better instructions. Otherwise, its great!

learning curve. a bit confusing at first, even though it looks simple and easy. it's relatively quiet which is good. it is pretty quick once you figure it out. If the water level is at a low point maybe approx. 8 to 10 ounce 1 cup worth it will not work until you add more water. so it would appear that it would have to be at least half full or more for it to work. The amount of water at about 3/4 full will only give you approx. 3 cups 8 .oz worth of coffee or three k cups.I was expecting more from this Keurig k express, but oh well. It is slim and takes up very little room on counter top which is perfect for me. I like the option of removing the water reservoir to add water or pouring water straight into it while still connected. I was a bit concerned that the reservoir did not appear to fit well and was concerned about possible leakage, but the weight from the water holds it in place and firm. Would I recommend this yes, specially if you only drink one or two cups, have very little counter space for a regular size coffee maker and you don't need a clock, or timer for auto start at a particular time. UPDATE: Now that I have used this a couple of times, it is easy to use. guess it was just me :) So once you plug in, (the is short (2ft length) install k cup close lid, the lights go on, choose your preference of size push that button and good to go.Having my third cup now just to see and verify. So yes about 3/4 full of water will give you three k cups 8 oz worth of coffee. so again my take YES I would recommend this item. and it is So easy to use.

I love the convenience of my Keurig 1 cup in 15 second coffee brew. A nice feature is 3 selections of cup size and you can choose Strong brew as well!I save money by filling the coffee in the metal K cup I purchased separately. Inexpensive, long life And you get two in a box! I'm still using the first metal cup for a few months! They're durable.

The media could not be loaded. Love this small Kuerig. It's slim and stylish and looks beautiful in my kitchen without taking up TONS of room. It works perfectly for the two adults and one teenager in our household. The water reservoir gives you approximately 3, 12oz cups of coffee before needing to be refilled. Refilling is simple and easy. You can also choose an 8oz or 10oz cup, which would give you more cups between refills obviously. Love this product. Definitely recommend.

Problem with electrical connections
This product is advertised on an Australian site in Australian dollars but I can’t connect it to 240 power even though I’ve tried two different adapters. I will try to ring keurigs number tomorrow to see if I can get any satisfaction.
Not for use in the UK
I should have read the reviews before I bought the Keurig coffee maker. The plug is for the USA and not UK. I am just hoping that I do not have to pay to return the product.I returned the item 9 days ago and no sign of my refund. I will be insisting on a refund to return the item as it cost me £35 to return with Parcel Force, that was the cheapest option.
