Great for many types of cooking. Highly recommend one of the cookbooks on Bolo to accompany this .

It is rustic and I have to use and wash it very carefully. I used it for a bean dip, it was great but I personally had to handle it for fear of breaking, be very careful.

The quality of the pan was good and packaging in the product box was fine.It was unfortunate that there was a crack along a side of the pan. I had returned it and asked for a replacement, of which the order was created the same day.The replacement was dispatched a few days later. I am now awaiting for the replacement. Hope it arrives intact this time.The replacement arrived cracked on the side. The crack was visible from inside as well as outside the pan. The was only a "Refund" option, so I chose to return & get a refund.I just ordered another one.I wish the seller will take more care to pack the pan such that it cannot move inside the box. The little movements inside the box caused the crack, despite the styrofoam packing used.

This was not nearly as good looking in real life as in the picture - on this website or on the box. I was disappointed when I pulled it out of the box. Rustic does not begin to describe it - it looks like a summer camp project.

This pan cracked after about 20 uses at 375F. Wouldn't buy again.
