I've tried a whole slew of masa harina brands, and this is the closest organic version that I found to the traditional Harina PAN that you would normally use in Venezuela to make arepas and empanadas.The cornflower is white/beige and very finely ground, not quite as fine as Harina PAN but just about. It's much finer than the other organic masa harina brands that I have tried. If you are looking to make organic arepas or empanadas, this is the one for you!
