I can’t stress enough to please buy these if you buy pills/drugs from an unknown source. These not only test urine, but you can test what you’re about to ingest in some water, and this will let you know if there is fentanyl in it. I have some pills that I thought I got from a trustworthy source, and I took a dose and I was feeling effects within 10 min. I quickly got one of my strips and it came up positive for fentanyl. I was dumb and didn’t test before taking it. I ended up being okay and didn’t end up in the ER, but I would have if I took a larger dose. I was messed up for hours and not in a good way. These will save your life and other people.

These do seem to work reliaby. They urine strips but if you need to test something before the person kills themselves they seem to detect fentanyl dissolved in water. No OD urine sample necessary. Go out there and save a life! Although I believe this to be a losing battle; the strips only detect 2 forms of fentanyl. I guess there are dozens that available.

I have had a reliable plug for the past two years, you will see they’re mdma on the bottom, testing negative for fet… the top CLEARLY shows, from my “new & untrusted” plug for mdma. This stuff clearly has fet in it. I am not one to go out of my way and right reviews, but I am so grateful that I made this purchase. I had planned on taking this with my little brother and boyfriend who I love dearly. If something had happened to any of of us….. words can’t even explain. Test your drugs. Be smart. I was a heroin user for 6 years and have been clean off heroin for 7. I have seen unimaginable results from this god awful drug and no matter how much fun I want to have, I will never chance it again… stay safe folks!!!

These strips do work as a harm reduction tool; you can mix a small amount of water to a small amount of crushed or powdered substance and get an accurate result. They are testing for the presence of the chemical, not metabolites, so yes, water will suffice. They have provided 100% accuracy each time,*but* the negative test result line is often incredibly faint, and almost negligibly so.The strip should be submerged into the water for 10 seconds, no more,no less, and only up to the max line indicated on the strip. Set it down on a clean, non-absorbent surface- don't cross contaminate the strip with your fingers, table, tools, etc- it's very easy to do, so be conscious of what you're doing. Wait 5 minutes.Almost immediately,you will see the strip develop a rose pink hue above the test line. It means nothing. A dark rose/pink line means it's positive. A dark rose pink line, and a smaller, even very faint line below the dark one means a negative result. The secondary line usually takes a minute longer to appear than the first, and the second line is often almost impossible to see- if you need glasses, wear them, and look under a very bright light. Sometimes the second line isn't even a full line; it's just a faint echo of one.I cannot stress this enough- the negative test line is hard to spot. I usually do at least 3-5 strips per batch; 3 to confirm that the substance in water is positive, and two i use as control tests in just water. I have never had an incorrect result, but i *have* questioned my vision enough on very faint negative lines, until i mixed them up with the positive strips and looked at all 5 side by side, without knowing which is which, and was able to find the 2 negative tests. It's not easy,but you will see the faint line,once you put it next to a positive test result.If you're a potential employer, parent or friend, who is using these to test someone, be exceedingly cautious- and if you think it's a positive, PLEASE do due diligence and get secondary testing through a lab or GP. These are meant to be preliminary tests that are used to justify the expense of getting a more accurate one.If you're using these for harm reduction, make sure you follow the instructions, and use good lighting and sound vision. Test it multiple times. Do a control test as well. Don't cross contaminate your control test.I give these 3.5 stars. They have 100% accuracy, but i take umbrage with the visibility aspect. Test strips should not require magnifying glasses and max capacity LED lights to differentiate results from. It sets a dangerous precedent, and i guarantee there are buyers who mistook negative tests for positives bc the 2nd line is so hard to see. The price point is a bit high, but at least they're accurate and reliable, each test is hermetically sealed with an anti moisture pack, and stamped with the best by date- and if you need them fast, you're always going to pay more for free 2 day shipping with Prime.

None of these test strips or cups are a guarantee its better to take multiple tests for peace of mind. This one is fairly simple to use and read but they do sometimes give mixed results.

I purchased the 25 Pack of Fentanyl Strips for Rapid Detection, hoping to have an effective tool for ensuring safety, but these strips turned out to be completely unreliable. Several tests gave inconsistent or false results, making them impossible to trust.The instructions were poorly written and confusing, which led to difficulty understanding the proper usage. Even when following the steps exactly, the results were either unclear or flat-out incorrect. This defeats the entire purpose of having a rapid detection method for something as critical as fentanyl.Given the importance of accuracy in these situations, this product is not only disappointing but potentially dangerous. I cannot recommend this to anyone—invest in a higher-quality option to ensure safety and reliability.

ALWAYS TEST YOUR DRUGS. i buy from someone who i consider a trusted source, someone who claims they have their product tested. i always test on my end because you can never be sure. that decision may have just saved mine and my friend’s lives. the top two results were trial runs in order to make sure the strips worked properly. the top result is a (sober, drug free) urine sample and the second result is plain water. the bottom 4 results are from crushed up mdma mixed in either water or the medium that my last fentanyl strips came with. undeniably positive for fentanyl. stay safe out there guys. 🙏🏼

Negative line is VERY faint and hard to read, which gives a sense of the result being questionable/inconclusive. Kind of scary if it is being used to test product prior to ingestion-which I understand is not what it was developed for but it is what a lot of buyers are using it for….also scary to think if being used as a urinalysis tool that it could be mistaken as a false positive.Needs a better/more definitive result for accurate reading.
