Love love love this machine. Easy to operate and cleaning is a breeze. Excellent quality coffee and espresso.
My splurge.
I splurged on this item. But, I cannot say I’m disappointed. I sip mocha lattes and then the machine cleans itself. All I have to do is add the cleaner tablets to the cleaner dish, push the button, let it work and wash the dish. I love all the settings and have put the items I use most on the front page. It’s great. I love my splurge. Makes great coffee, cappuccino, use hot water for hot chocolate. It’s a great addition to my kitchen and house.

This is the one! We have a DeLonghi also, not even close! Very smooth coffee with lots of options. Absolutely love the flatscreen presentation. Just like a coffee house.
Amazing upgrade to your coffee game
Where to start...? So much to say about this fantastic machine. We did a lot of research and really balked at investing in this machine. But now that we've had it for a month, we just couldn't be happier with the purchase. Great coffee, lots of options, wonderful steamed milk, ingenious design, quality workmanship and eye catching design. Hard to believe that this is probably the most we've spent on ANY appliance, but it is so worth it!

Just okay I feel like it is overrated and over priced.
Set up your coffee maker
This is NOT my first Jura. After 15 years and a couple of repairs, I decided to invest into a new machine. The set up was more difficult, the book not helpful and You Tube we weren't looking at the same menu. I called Jura several times over 10 day and left message, no call back. I was just about to send the machine back and I came across Jura's email. This was the last resort for me. I got a call back the next day and since I didn't have the machine in front of me, I asked for a call back the next morning. The customer service rep was awesome, called back as promised, and helped me to set up machine. I didn't know that they were different models Jura E8. Super happy now.
A little wet
I tried the E6 and didn’t like using the separate water control. The E8 is very quit and works very well. I’m not sure why but a fair amount of water is dumped in reservoir after each cup not sure if it would overflow if I didn’t catch all the rinse water. Otherwise I enjoy using it. Wish it wasn’t so darn expensive.
Absolutely AMAZING
The media could not be loaded. I was so excited to receive my new Jura E8…I’ve had a Jura E8 for the past 17 years…yes 17 years, finally it gave up, as it should…and it was time to invest in a new one. Although expensive, it’s worth every penny. Hopefully this one will last just as long. The coffee is perfection! My only surprise was the color, I thought it would be a more dull silver, it’s not, it’s bright chrome.
