I had decided to groom my own two small dogs so at purchased a ONEISALL dog clipper X2+N5 in September of 2022. It was quiet and seemed to cut ok but my dog’s haircut looked choppy. I wasn’t sure I was using the clippers correctly so I contacted ONEISALL through their email. At that time there was no phone number listed in the user manual. The associate helped me understand the adjustments on the clipper but no master what I did I still got the same choppy results. Recently,I happened to discover a phone number for ONEISALL and contacted them. After I described my problem they sent me a CP-9050 model and suggested I purchase the Wahl stainless steel clipper blades . The combination has solved my problem! I am very impressed that they stand behind their products with a lifetime warranty. After my initial call we corresponded by email. The customer service agent responded immediately each time. The replacement clippers arrived in three days . Outstanding customer service!!

This was one of the best purchases I've made. I love the convenience of trimming my own dogs at home. They both get nervous around strangers. Recently, my paw trimmers wouldn't turn on or charge. I contacted customer support via the email address on the package and they responded right away offering a product replacement at no charge. It wasn't required, but I submitted a video of the product not working and a replacement was sent. I think I had a new set of paw trimmers in about a week.I'm usually very hesitant to contact companies for warranty issues because they give the run around and want all kinds of "proof." Oneisall was so easy to work with and we're very professional. We did it all through email which was very convenient for me!

I like this for our Yorkie even though she hates it. The noise is quite low, and it cuts reasonably well. The smaller trimmer works nicely for legs and feet. The cost for performance is what I wanted, so I am generally very please with this. It doesn't mow through the hair like a lawn mower, but it works well if you remove the accumulated hair every few passes. Overall it works quite well compared to 2 or 3 other options we've tried.

I like the clippers but 18mm attachment broke the first use. My dog has a thick coat. While clipping her one of the 18mm teeth bent. When trying to straighten it, it broke off. The seller was great and is sent me a replacement attachment.

Let me start off by saying that I would not recommend these for a full groom of a standard poodle or a dog with a lot of dense hair. For full-body grooming, I used the corded KM10 clippers (highly recommend) and they are light years better at cutting through dense fur. It’s the difference of cutting bread with a butter knife versus a bread knife. If you try cutting dense fur with these, the blade will get slightly stuck and you’re left with an uneven haircut that leaves streaks where your clippers have been. (Trust me–I’ve tried.)HOWEVER, I’m extremely happy with these clippers and would recommend them–just so long as you know their purpose. I use them to use to shave any sensitive areas such as around the groin and the paws, and they work great. Especially if you’re new to grooming, it’s nice to not use your heavy intense clippers on sensitive areas. It’s so convenient that the clippers are cordless and the battery seems to hold up very well (again for limited use).I also saw reviews that the clippers were loud, and I’d have to disagree. They make noise, but nothing like professional clippers, and it doesn’t stress my dog out at all.
