Everything I ordered was crammed in a box and the tip of a bottle snapped off and got all over my items.This was very upsetting because I had to wipe everything off.

After a trip last fall, I left my overnight bag next to my bed. 4 months later I would wake up with bites. I found no signs of bedbugs on my bed. I tore my room up and set off 2 fog bombs and spray. Long story short, only bedbug remedies work. I continued with the bites until I ordered this product and mattress and box spring covers. The application tip didn't work, so I removed the lid and sprinkled it around my bed area and baseboards. When I realized the bugs came from my suitcase. I immediately through it in the trash.
