And it works very very well. I can NOT complete the 15 days because it's honestly painful and the constant bathroom breaks are unbelievable.It does get rid of bloating, and I feel like it helps with weight loss to kick start you. But it's annoying because you're literally a slave to the bathroom. I am a regular I don't really ever deal with constipation, my true motives are weight loss. And I feel like it really works to kick start your diet and help you remove all the unnecessary stuff so you can feel light and fresh.But the process is almost torture, at least for me it feels like torture. I hate this happening to me at work, several times an hour I had to run to the bathroom taking this at night like it says... I ended up counting down how many hours it took for me to become a slave to the toilet. For me it's 8hrs so I started counting down for the cramps to happen around the time I get home from work. But unfortunately it's never accurate to the countdown, and the constant bathroom breaks last for several hours I'll be up several hours at night. I always have to literally run to the bathroom. But the cramps are the worst! It's so paintful!!!!I started this 4x already and couldn't finish the 15 days but I have been taking notes to my experience. What I did notice is that if you eat healthy and drink a lot of water it's not as horrible. So it motivates me to eat clean and stay hydrated so I won't suffer. You guys may think I'm being dramatic but I swear this stuff is awful. I can't tell you how many times I almost cried, if it wasn't for my spouse in the other room saying "I told you so" to not take this because they make me go to the bathroom so often in a hurry, and Neenah i grunt in pain. My spouse wonders why I am torturing myself. I also wonder the same thing.. lolI know this is TMI, but it smells so bad too when I'm in the bathroom, that's another thing that sucks like at work I run to the other bathroom away from my office so I won't raise suspicion of leaving that awful smell behind lol!The reason I mention that is because it never smells that bad like me in general, and it makes me feel that all the "bad" stuff is getting flushed out, just like it advertises. So remember, don't trust your farts, maybe do yourself a favor and start it on a weekend when you don't work so you can test the waters and see if you can handle it, or if you're a big baby like me. When you wipe go easy on yourself lol cause friction you know. You'll be wiping so often you're going to given yourself a rash or make it feel like it's a rash! Buy some of the flushable wipes. And get ready for a 15 day trial of hell. I laughed when Bolo asked me if I wanted to take a picture for my review, lol. Umm no thanks ill traumatized you guys with pictures.

I want everyone to know when they’re buying these pills. These pills are temporary means that your flat stomach that you get from these pills are only for 15 days but it’s great to boost your metabolism if you wanna get them and that’s the reason why I bought them. I do recommend only taking one a day because even though yes, you do poop a lot. It does make your stomach hurt really bad when you are pooping Especially like diarrhea. I do feel like the people who are complaining that it’s giving them cramps are the people who are taking it twice a day and if you are one of those people or if you are wondering how many to take, I do recommend once a day. I do it every other day because I can’t deal with sitting on the toilet every other hour. I’m giving this a five star the only because this literally doesn’t job. It is great for people who eat a lot because the more you’re eating the faster. Your body is working so it could really prevent you gaining any more weight and it could kind of balance it out.

This colon detox is amazing if u wanna clean out ur gut, I didn't have any exploding diarrhea like I read from other reviews lol I had loose stool but nothing to crazy.. The cramps weren't as bad as my period cramps so I can take it😂 I definitely feel lighter and more energized after using this product, I'm gonna go for the whole 15 days and see what's up, no weight loss tho but I do feel super clean in my gut nonetheless, I would definitely reorder again in the future because this worked way better than the other cleansers I've used🧡

It definitely is working, I'm on day 2 and I just ran to the bathroom for the 3rd time today it's only noon. Day one I had 3 massive passes as well. My water intake is up to 80-104oz daily and I say that because the first 2 attempts at this in the past I could get passed day 2 the cramps were excruciating. But now that Im more hydrated and focused it's not as bad. Just plan accordingly and this product will help you. I'll weigh my self and update once this experiment is over. Idk how I'll make it 2 weeks going to the bathroom like this 😭
