These bars are great for breakfast in a pinch. They are natural and filling and easy to stow away in a pocket. The description says cashew cookie but its not really like a cookie it's just dates and cashews, two ingredients so it has the consistency of a very dense brownie I'd say. I eat one of these every morning, this flavor is my favorite out of all of the others.

These taste good and when I forget to eat it is enough to tide me over until I can have a real meal. I think they’re healthy? I don’t know. I tried the pecan pie flavor recently and it’s better tbh.

Classic Larabar- good value if you watch the prices! I love that the ingredients are clean: good for an energy pick-me-up from the fruit and something filling from the nuts. These were fresh and soft as they should be.

I love Laura bars because they don’t have that many ingredients. Less chance of food allergies. Just the right size for portion control. Travel well in the car without melting in the Florida heat. I think everyone should have these in their emergency arsenal. They’re very delicious And hard to find certain flavors in the grocery store.
