I got a six pack that makes two brooches and four pendant necklaces. The fabric came printed with three designs on each. The scale is pretty small, so I had to magnify with my phone occasionally to see where certain stitches needed to be, but everything turned out gorgeous.I’d give this kit 4.5 stars instead of 5 if I could, because I wanted to finish one at a time, but had to finish all three before I could cut one out. If you tried to cut one finished piece out you would no longer be able to stretch the fabric in the hoop without unraveling it. If the printed them on a slightly larger piece of fabric, and spaced out more, it would solve this issue. Still, the value of the kit is good.. Not a big deal, but it did force me to work faster, as I was trying to give one as a Christmas gift.The water erasable ink works, the thread is good quality, and the instructions are fairly clear, especially if you scan the QR code to watch the videos. It’s definitely Chinese, but there are enough instructions in English, or that a visual, to get the idea, especially if you’ve embroidered before.I love the brooch backs, and am trying to find more of those. I wish you could opt for all brooches! I now want to make a million of these little pieces!

I couldn't believe how easy and quick these were to stitch and how beautifully they turned out. I got two done each in two days--and I didn't work constantly on them! I gave a 4 on for beginners because I felt it helped that I had done embroidery before, but I believe teens and up could do them with the instructions and possibly some you-tube video help on embroidery stitches. The thread is better than the photos on Bolo indicate. I was amazed at the vivid coloring. The way the final piece comes together was so interesting and exciting...it pulls into little gathers on the back of the pendant's metal holder. I love these. I'll be ordering more as they will make really nice gifts. So glad I decided to get them. Fun to do!!

Kit was very easy to assemble and instructions were good. Great little kits for someone who is impatient as projects are on a smaller scale. Each one took me about an hour to finish. Great way to wind down at the end of the day. My kit did not include scissors or threader, but luckily I had one from a previous kit I purchased. Thread quality is low but gets the job done. Overall good purchase.

This kit includes everything you need to make 4 lovely necklaces. Canvas fabric and threads are a good quality. Great for beginners as the direction show how to each stitch with pictures. Each one works up quickly.

I love how these turned out. The only thing wrong is the chain is very cheap and breaks easily so I would recommend getting another chain. The necklaces are so pretty!
