I love the material this is made out of. Our cat has started having issues with having accidents where she sleeps. And she loves sleeping in her cubby. The previous cubby we had was made of fabric panels with a thin layer of stuffing in-between. Every panel was the same, even the bottom. After a couple accidents and multiple washings it was lumpy and smelly. We threw it out and got this one. This cubby is much better made for multiple washings.I fill a tub with water and a little bleach and set the cubby down, placing heavy jars of water inside to keep it from floating. I let it soak in the bleach water for about 30 minutes, rince it out, squeeze the excess water out, then hang it up to fully dry. This was not something I could do with the old fabric cubby. The materials this bed is made of seem less absorbent and thus the pee is easier to clean off.We wash the cushion in the washing machine and it comes out smelling perfectly clean. This cubby is our cat's safe space and I'm so glad we found one that can handle her accidents.

My Maltese loves this bed! She feels safe in there when we go away. It is good quality & perfect size for a Maltese (or similar sized dog) or cat.

I have 2 cats that are about 3 years old. My mean, antisocial boy, Briar, is your typical sassy, moody, full of attitude cat. He hates everything and most everyone, including his very affectionate Maine Coon brother who drives him crazy. I've had this about a month or so and we never see Briar anymore. Unless you look inside this. He's tucked away, hiding. Happy and snug as a bug. He hides away from his brother, who by the way, cannot fit in this. So if you have bigger cats, just know they likely won't fit inside of this thing. It is very sturdy and well-made and is super easy to fold up or unfold. You simply take the cushioned bottom out and it collapses. It is soft and the material is nice without holding a lot of fur or getting too hot. It was easy to use straight from the package with no effort other than unfolding, Placing the condition in the bottom and voilà! It isn't hard to vacuum the hair off of the cushion or inside of it. It had no odor or missing parts or any issues at all. It was perfect straight from the package. My once temperamental boy is content and happy with his little cat house! Included photo to show just how spoiled and sassy he is 🤣

My dog is a chihuahua about 7 pounds and he barley fits in it it’s very small I maybe returning it for a bigger size

Received fairly quickly, took about 3 to 4 days, and it's the perfect size for my pup, however, this has a hole on the inside thru the insulation as well, just not on the exterior fabric. My pup looks adorable in it, but I don't know that it'll keep him as warm as he likes and worried a complete hole will happen soon. Returning unfortunately and will look for another

I ordered this cat house for feral cats who come to my porch at night for food and shelter. This was very easy to put up – just hold onto the top tab and it opens up, then slip the pillow insert inside and that’s it. The winters get pretty cold here so I will probably put a small blanket inside for the cats to snuggle up to. I bought the smaller version and it looks just the right size for one cat. It will be easy to just fold it back up and store it in a tub after winter passes.

Well-made! I loved it, my dog didn’t.
Well-made with good fabric, took its intended shape pretty quickly, and my dog fit in it perfectly, but she didn’t like it. I thought she would because she’s always digging under the couch blanket.
Perfect for 12 week old Havanese Puppy
She loves it. The 16x16 size is perfect for a 12 week old Havanese puppy. When she gets older I’m going to get the larger one. Great quality and my dog loves hers.

J ai lavé et séché à la machine le coussin. Super.c est pour mon yorkshire 5.5livres. Il faut qu il s habitu mais ça va lui faire un autre petit endroit pour s installé.
