I’m using this gauge on my saltwater system pool. All of the previous gauges would rust and corrode. This gauge is well constructed has not shown any signs of corrosion being all field. The dial and dial face does not warp or fade. It is absolutely a perfect gauge for my saltwater pool system. I highly recommend this gauge.

So far, this is the best pressure gauge I’ve used on our pool filter.Here in the Arizona Desert sun, my prior gauges only seem to last a few years. Worst is that the plastic over the face makes them difficult to read, and the plastic housing breaks down.This new pressure gauge has a well built metal housing, and so far the “glass” looks like new still.Highly recommend!

Ordered a pair of these to replace the original Pentair metric pressure gauges which failed in less than 1 year. I wanted to get glycerin filled with stainless steel case for improved vibration resistance and durability. Most pool gauges are 0-60psi and since most residential systems never exceed 30psi these 0-50psi gauges work without issue. Pressure gauge came with 1/4” MNPT fitting and Teflon tape as well as 1/4” to 1/8” MNPT adapter fitting. Took only a couple minutes to install and is working perfectly…..love the colored dial making it very easy to read. Pressure needle movement is smooth and accurate, hopefully will last for years in the south FL sun!

My pool filter pressure gauge had become difficult to read because the plastic face had grown opaque due to continuous exposure to UV sunlight. This gauge was easy to install and the small package of teflon tape included in the package made installation more convenient. The glycerin in the face which dampens needle fluctuation and vibration is a little distracting but overall does not impair my ability to read the gauge.
