Cheap, cheap & CHEAP!!! I was excited because went by a review from another customer. Can see so many ways for ppl or retail lie.I ordered initial M then a J and chose 2 diamonds in options. Again, going by reviews.The initials are so little but M not as tiny as little bity J in other initial. Don't even have the -- line going across the J which makes it impossible to see. Size of the chain and way laid it really blended in chain. Very cheap chain, silver my tail. Now let's speak on the 2 spots for the 2 diamonds I took in options. Girls or guys, let me say, they so tiny and cheap they can't be seen. These reviews are not just mine. I was excited about it, my mouth opened before I received it. I was embarrassed 😳 😔 Not one didn't say it was a cheap gum machine look. I paid almost $600. But need to look back on my order because almost sure it was way over $600. I'm going to update this review with a pic. I've been trying to calm down first. Oh chain, very thin and cheap too. Know if wore like it was bought for, it would break soon. I purchased because I lost my husband of over 35 plus years. Grieved and healed. Years later I'm blessed with a wonderful man. His name starts with M and of course mine is the J. I wanted a stack look in nice silver necklaces so be a change in my gold I wore only for 40 years. I found 2 beautiful other real silver as this one says it is. One is a cross with diamond in middle of it as well as a heart which little smaller than cross but size can be seen. Perfect size. Other was a open style heart that's beveled with other heart behind and diamond in center. Now it was time for 3 real silver necklace. I knew one I'd have made. It was almost perfect to my idea for 3rd one, I ordered right here. The 2 initials with diamonds somewhat in necklace as well like other two on neck. They are sizable on their chains. Very pretty sparkling silver chains from way light hits them. I didn't give but little under $300 for both of them from reputable jewelry store. Which I took this necklace I got here at Bolo. Now let me give you some honesty like I have above. The initials supposed to be diamond chips I guess or dust. But that's not big part. It's the two initials don't lay on side to be seen even if tiny. They always flip and ugly side shows 24/7. My heart breaks over this. I'm 63 yrs old and been blessed with good health and very active. I can not believe Bolo let's these sell online through Bolo. I'm not sure Bolo even let this review go up as it should. I'm a very loyal long time customer with Bolo. Can't remember a day in past 7 years or more thar not one but up to at times 10 packages or more deliveries from Bolo on my front porch. I'm thinking on what next I need to do about this heartbreak and head down to friends and family. Could tell that look when boyfriend seen. Our age and working hard as well as blessed from that hard work at our age with saving for our futures. Please read all carefully if interested in purchasing. Any reviews that's good, I have no idea unless got one letter and a letter that is larger in our letters. I be looking to see if Bolo let's this post. Nothing ugly on the God's honest truth.

I loved the necklace, I had no problems at all with my order. The necklace is perfect, just how I expected it to be. The seller was very helpful and I receive my package very quick. Just have in mind that the position of the letters varies, so if you want the letter to be in your right side you have to pick the opposite side so they can be in the actual side you want. I definitely recommend them 100%.

There is some tracking issue but seller is very quick to respond to resolve any issue. Since I order the pave diamonds letter, the letters really just face one way to wear it. I am impressed that the maker really make the letter not twisted too much during wear. My only comment is that the placement order is mirror image of how it is on your neck so left becomes right and vice versa. Overall, I highly recommend this seller and product. I order two letters of my sons who are with us and two diamonds of the daughters who weren’t. I can’t imagine to take it off ever.
