I did hear back from the date lady. They were very respectful, courteous and willing to help. I was hoping they would help with converting the paste into syrup but instead they replaced the paste with the syrup. Even better!Thank you Date Lady.I am new to this healthy eating lifestyle. I purchased the date paste thinking it would a healthy sugar alternative. I find it difficult to use the paste because it is hard to mix into other ingredients. I want to use it to sweeten Greek yogurt. How would I do that? I emailed the company several times to get some advise and I do not hear back. I’m sure from the reviews the product is great. However the company is unresponsive.
