Ok, I watched Matt on his Utube channel. 2nd time trying a brisket on a cheap pellet grill. Well, same issue. Fan not blowing hard enough and back burn into feed tube, then temp drop with pellet gap, and grill shuts off. Every time! But did get internal te.p to 164, so grab brisket, clean out fire pot, empty out pellets and blow out feed tube. So 35 min later I retire and get temp into 175. Then do the steps, fire to 225, but my cheapo only gets to 211. So cook fir a couple of hours. A little on the dry side. But the flavor from the Holy Cow and Holy Gospel was AWESOME. I was disappointed even though still a little juicy, but the flavor, fantastic. Everyone said the same. So I recently decided to cook a couple of ribeyes, but decided to skip the grill, for obviously reasons. Instead used the air fryer oven, largest one on Bolo, to do the job. Barbecue Masters rolling their eyes! But these were aged one week. Decided to seaon with salt and Holy Gospel on one side, then flip over, season with salt, Holy Gospel and black pepper. SHAZAM!! 20 minutes on 325° and med rare perfection. The flavor was astonishing to say the least. We tried two with salt and garlic seasoning, but the Holy Gospel was so superior in flavor, everyone who sampled, wanted theirs seasoned with Holy Gospel! Ain't no lie, it's one of the best meat seasonings on the market. Next I'll try a couple of ribeyes with just the Holy Cow. I'll try another brisket some day, once we can get a better pellet grill. Matt's looks so good and juicy, I bet with the Holy Cow and Holy Gospel seasonings, it's gotta be great!

I first tried the voodoo seasoning on wings at a friend’s cookout 3 years ago and loved it. Now each time I buy I grab one of the two packs with Voodoo + a new Meat Church seasoning (I still go through Voodoo the fastest)! While great for meats, these seasonings are such a secret weapon for sides and snacks. Most commonly, I make big batches of popcorn with them, and everyone agrees it’s addictive! Also great for Chex mix and even makes a unique and tasty compound butter for dinner rolls! I love Voodoo and Holy Goapel on green veggies, while the honey hog is delicious on grilled carrots. Makes a good gift!

These are really really good. The Voodoo has a nice heat to it, and the Church flavor is out of this world. I have only used these on Pork so far but have no doubt they would elevate other meats and vegies just as well..
