I ordered this many times but most recent order had several defective strips. Took a few days to get things straightened out with One Touch customer service but finally the matter has been resolved and I am getting replacement strips. The four stars are because it’s not the first time some of the strips were defective in a batch, but this was the first time I had to contact support.
