I really like the LMNT Electrolyte Drink Mixes! I especially like the Grapefruit Salt, however there are many flavors to choose from. If you haven’t tried LMNT electrolyte drink mixes before, I’ll tell you that they are salty, but I actually like the taste. I primarily drink these while working out which helps me feel hydrated better than just plain water. Positives: Effective , Quality, Taste and Hydration! One downside is that it doesn’t completely dissolve quickly, but it will dissolve soon enough.

Very tasty! I ordered the grapefruit, and use a full packet in my 32oz bottle. It’s salty, but after a few sips I get used to it. I also am not sure if it all dissolves as it should, because upon refilling my bottle in the afternoon, there’s still quite a bit of flavor. Either way, I’m definitely more hydrated and haven’t had many “afternoon slumps” since doing a pack a day for the last 2 weeks. I am definitely ordering more.

LMNT has been a lifesaver during pregnancy and now while breastfeeding! It keeps me truly hydrated—way better than plain water—and helps prevent headaches and fatigue. I love that it’s sugar-free and filled with the right electrolytes. Plus, the flavors are delicious! I actually want to drink more water now. Highly recommend for any mama needing a hydration boost!

I’ve been using these for a long time - excellent way to hydrate. Spice it up by using sparkling water. Sometimes I use these as mixers in a margarita instead of salt since it’s slightly salty. So good! They dissolve well - which is hard to find.

This is the second LMNT flavor I’ve tried. Grapefruit is refreshing and tasty, but so far, I still prefer the citrus salt!

Grapefruit flavour is gross, but I liked the others. Regardless of flavour, the product is effective, although expensive compared to alternatives (jugs of biosteel powder).
