I now have 4. I use them for my Daniel Smith watercolors. i squeeze the colors into the 18 sections. To organize the tray, on top of the removable mixing tray on three sides, I put a strip of 1" artist tape on the edge and with a ruler and fine marker divide it into 18 sections. To correspond with the paint in the sections, with the marker I write the name of the color and I paint a sample below the name. This really helps when I use the color and when I have to reorder another tube of the same color. I have been doing this for years.

I absolutely love this palette. What a great find! Love the large removable tray and the 2 large wells for making background washes for large watercolors on canvas. Being able to close it and keep paints from drying out. Wished I had a need for the 4 pack. Thank you for this option.๐โค๏ธ

This is perfect if you have to travel. Keeps paint ready to use and no leaking. Others in my group have purchased and like it also.

I liked almost everything about this palette: the overall size was small enough to fit in my art bag nicely yet still held 18 different colors, the extra mixing tray was handy, I liked the closing lid and the bonus mustache sticker! However, I tested it with clear water to see if it was leak proof. It was not. Water poured right out of it with the lid completely shut and the latch snapped closed. I then ordered the Falling in Art 18 Paint Wells Palette and also tested it with clear water. Nothing leaked out! I am keeping the latter and returning Mr. Pen since I need to transport wet watercolors from class to home.

Purchased for mixing custom gel nail polish colors. I'm a nail tech and sometimes I get requests for color matches or specialty mixes (glitters, etc), so I can pre-mix the match and have it ready for the client days later. The airtight seal combined with the opacity makes mixed colors keep uncured for several weeks. I use it indoors and store it in an opaque box so that probably helps. The slick inside of the palette makes it easy to wipe old still-wet polish out with rubbing alcohol. I wish the wells were just a bit bigger but overall this is a great tool for gel nail art.

Works great and is convenient. It saves on watercolor paints since you can just let them dry, close the case and reactivate with water.

Good quality, great value pack of 4 palettes.
Pack of 4 palettes - excellent value for money. The palettes are sturdy without being clunky. I like the layout with good size wells for paint, a bonus is that there is an additional pull-out mixing tray in the lid, so plenty of room for mixing colours. I like the click-lock fastening, making the palettes secure and very portable. They clean up easily too.
