I was pleased with this wood product and thankful that k read through all of the reviews for tips in working with it! So I’m going to share those here!1. Let the wood sit in the room of the wall that you will be applying it to for several days before application. (I didn’t have any issue with warped boards.)2. Paint the wall that you will be applying the wood to, a dark color. I chose an espresso. The boards were not warped, and the ends were all square, however, they are rustic and you will have gaps between layers. It ends up looking really nice, but keep a level on you..3. I used liquid nails and a brad nailer. The brad nailer may not be entirely necessary, but I did a whole wall of it.4. If you’re doing a large area, cut up various lengths of sizes of a box to give yourself more variety in color. They did a great job given a variety even in the brown boards.Enjoy!! I had fun with this project.

I defied other reviewers and tried these planks. First, the fact that they're not T&G or shiplap should have been my first clue. They are uneven and mostly warped (NOT flat). If they aren't great out-of-the-box, how will they be in years to come in hot/cold/humid/dry in my house? I expect not great. As such, I sent them back. For the price (which is VERY high because of the built-in shipping), you can do a lot better at a big-box store. Menards, for one, had the same stuff but far cheaper. I will admit I saw the same unevenness and ill-fitting nature. IF you don't mind gaps. IF you don't mind rough. IF you don't mind uneven surfaces, THIS might just be the wood for you. Not for me.

This wood product is better than any I have tried. The wood is solid and colored on each side. The wood does not splinter when nails are used. I did not expect such great quality. I am so impressed with all of the product. All pieces were usable and all cut straight without breakage. This is of superior material and well worth the price.Be aware that the wood does not come with paste or nails.

Hardest part is figuring out the color and size layout. Only issue I had was that out of 2 boxes(24 boards) I only received 2 white boards, 2-4 of each colored board(black, yellow, grey), and the rest were all wood brown(around 13 or more).

I was able to use all pieces that arrived in the order and the colors were pretty diverse. Photo has some extra lighter wood pieces I bought at the store since I needed just a few more to finish off the space.
