Bought this for my puppy gobbler. Works great! He’s had it about a month and still eats really fast but it does slow him down a lot. He was so mad when he first tried it we had had to laugh. But after the first use he just went right back to attacking food. Just slower.

This bowl prevents my 10 year old dog from inhaling his supper, while also providing some enrichment. The bowl doesn’t wobble enough to pour out the contents.The bowl comes apart and the insert is dishwasher safe. I believe the bowl is designed for kibble but I use Steve’s Real Food freeze-dried Raw nuggets which still fit in the bowl nicely. I do have to spend a little more time prepping his food to make sure that the nuggets go in the gaps, which I don’t imagine would be an issue with kibble.

The bowl is made of a sturdy plastic. Seems to be well constructed. IDK what size dog the medium bowl was supposed to be for but certainly not designed for a Siberian Husky nor an Alaskan Husky. My Siberian finished the bowl in 3 &1/2 Minutes and the Alaskan foster dog took about 6 minutes. The Alaskan is slower than my Siberian when they eat so no surprise it took him a little longer. Not sure what I was expecting but I guess technically speaking it did slow the dogs down. I was hoping it would take my Siberian longer since he has digestive issues and needs to eat slower. Will be returning the bowls.

at first i thought this Slo Bowl was stupid like and a wast of my time BUT then i got a dog that loves to just shovel down his food and then run over to eat my older dogs food and then throw it all up.And then eat it all a gen its grossso my sitter actually told me to just try this and even though i thought it was stupid but i tried and thought like anything better the trying to first catch my dog be for the eats up his throw up cuz when you go after him he thinks its a game.putting him the other room and cleaning up warm throw up so gross I AM SO GLADE I GOT IT can be annoying to clean some times but it is so nice that i don't have to clean up throw up any morethank you
