I use lotions - different kinds for different parts of my body- and I really love Weleda products. I keep this body butter by my bed and use it on my hands ( and maybe elbows and forearms) every night. I garden a lot and this cream helps my hands and nails. I like the fragrance too. It is expensive but the ingredients are good and I think it’s worth it. I wouldn’t use it on my whole body though: too expensive for that !

This stuff is definitely "food" for your skin. it spreads easily and moisturizes and plumps your skin, not sticky at all. This is not a light weight lotion, you don't need a lot to get results. I always have this on my vanity!
