The Squids 3137 Padded Barcode Scanner Sling Lanyard is designed to keep barcode scanners secure and accessible during warehouse and distribution work. This industrial-grade scanner sash lanyard is built with a heavy-duty webbing strap and buckles for work in the harshest environments. Airprene shoulder padding provides long lasting comfort, while a hook & loop breakaway design allows the sling to safely detach from the worker in emergency situations. Two small loop attachments on the lanyard easily connect and disconnect to small captive holes built into cordless barcode scanners. Additional features include an ID badge holder and pen loops for convenient storage and quick access. For increased visibility in busy distribution centers and warehouses, the scanner sling has hi-vis and reflective striping. One-size-fits-all, the webbing strap is adjustable to fit a variety of workers. Additional/replacement loop attachments are sold separately in packs of 10.

It does what it needs to do and keeps the handheld at my hip without me having to carry it in my hand. I do like the marker slot and the padded neck strap is a nice addition.

I had to fiddle with it for about a month but it works pretty good. Im a pretty active worker and also forgetful so it really helps when Im Rts-ing or going to look up a part to know my scanner is with me. the spots for pens are nice too. cheap too

I bought this to use at work. It's only been a month or two max and the elastic is coming apart. One of the loops broke that holds pencils too. Just didn't last long enough to justify the price. Other than that I really liked it though. Just not durable enough.
