The GBD200 can link with the GPS of a smartphone via Bluetooth® for quicker calibration of distance measurements by the watch’s accelerometer. In addition to running pace measurements calculated based on your distance and time, the GBD200 also include an Auto Lap feature. I have the 5600, the 5610, ga2100 and more. So I can honestly say this is the most comfortable, most legible, most attractive one I have. The display really is incredible. Because of my age I struggle with smaller displays, even the 5600 at times. This one is super crisp, and it only has the information I want on a watch face that is spread out and easy to find. It’s so easy to read at any angle. The band is very comfortable and attractive. It’s has a checkered stripe running down the middle I didn’t notice in pictures. Looks very nice. The buttons are a much better design than the 5600 in my opinion. They’re easy to find and push but you’ll never have to worry about accidentally activating them. Connecting the Bluetooth was easy, but once I did I put it on airplane mode and will leave it there until I feel a need to update the time. I don’t care about notifications or anything on my watch. And the step counter works independently so you won’t need Bluetooth connectivity to use it if you want, which is nice. I renamed the workout timers to just Timer and use that as a countdown timer when I need. It works the same. All in all this is a fantastic watch and I don’t see me wearing my 5600 or 5610 as much now. This is better in my opinion. Hope this helps you decide.

My first G Shock. I love the look of the watch. The MIP display is bright but not as bright as I hoped it would be. The display really shines in the sunlight but in darker rooms it can be a bit of a challenge to read the display without the backlight coming on. The band is somewhat uncomfortable for my wrist (I have smaller wrists) but overall I am very happy with the purchase.

My boyfriend absolutely love it. It is perfect not too technological and really robust. I recommend. There is a lot of fonction which is really surprising for a watch that look standard. It can be link to a phone and allow you to read text message. It is a semi intelligent watch which is exactly what my boyfriend wanted.

Everything works great still, was planning to get a I watch but I’m not much fan of smart watches. So I went with G shock, it’s not the perfect one but its value for money. And there is a slight lag in receiving notifications on the watch.
