So far, I’m really impressed.The ride quality is super smooth—the 10" solid tires handle bumps and dips really well, and the suspension gives it a solid, stable feel even over grass (my niece took it for a spin across the lawn, and it didn’t miss a beat). The build quality is excellent—you can tell it’s made to last, though it is on the heavier side, which actually adds to that feeling of durability.As for performance, it’s handled inclines with no issue and gets up to speed quickly. I’ve hit around 18 mph, and it still had more to give. I’ve gone about 14 miles so far and still had 65% battery left, which is awesome for peace of mind on longer rides. No noticeable drop in battery performance so far either.The electric lock is a nice touch for security, though unlocking it every time can be a little tedious—especially with the default code setup that requires spinning through all the digits. That said, I plan to change it to something easier for convenience.My only real wishlist item would be a mobile app—something to track mileage, battery levels, or ride history would be a great addition. But that’s definitely not a deal-breaker.All in all, this scooter has exceeded my expectations. It’s powerful, well-built, and smooth to ride. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and fun way to get around.

I can't say enough how much we love our Gotrax Electric Scooter. This is our second one and, this scooter has truly exceeded my expectations.It's sleek and eye catching and provides a much smoother ride than another brand we got before. The sturdy frame ensures durability, and the folding mechanism makes it super convenient for carrying and storing, even in tight spaces. Plus, the double anti-theft lock gives me peace of mind when my nephew who I got it for has to leave it unattended on campus when he goes into a class.So far the performance is smooth and comfortable for him and he has had no issues navigating his ride from his apartment to all of his classes. It's got a great range so he doesn't have to charge it daily and the power is phenomenal. He's not a small boy at 220 lbs and 6'1". It had some real get up and go! Will absolutely buy another when needed but this one will last him through college and likely beyond!

Was looking for a scooter that can hold my weight as I’ve noticed ones In The past when me and my kids go up hills I can’t keep up with them but after getting this eclipse model it has handled my 210 lbs well . Scooter was easy to put together right out of the box installing the handle bar and a couple of screws to mount it . Make sure you charge it up the first time before you use it . This model also I noticed the space where you put your feet seems Alittle wider than other models as if you have big feet you really don’t have that much room on others . Also has a combo number password as I like that my kids just can’t grab mine and take off with it . Having the airless tires is also great not having to carry a bag of tools just in case of a flat . Overall I have to say I’ve been pretty impressed with this model scooter

We purchased 2 scooters in July 2023. Apparently only a 1 year warranty because they were purchased from Bolo. 6 months later they had to send a brand new scooter because it stopped working. 1 year later and with that same scooter, the battery died....and only 99 miles on it. $700 for a scooter we have had nothing but problems with, including the replacement, and they wont do anything but give me a 10% discount on a $280 battery. I am very disappointed and will never buy from them again. Spread the word, don't buy GO TRAX, you have a 50/50 shot of your money not being wasted.

UPDATE: After several months and a poor Bolo review, I was finally contacted by a different member of the GoTrax team. They swiftly rectified the issue by replacing the scooter with a brand new version of the one I previously purchased. I am quite grateful that this occurred and my son is very happy to have a fully functioning scooter again.After upgrading to this Gotrax scooter 6 months ago, our experience has been frustrating. While my son was initially thrilled with the promise of higher speeds, we've encountered significant issues that remain unresolved.The problems began when the scooter suddenly stopped working, displaying an E5 error code. Despite being under warranty, dealing with Gotrax customer service has been challenging. Communication is limited to email only, and resolving issues has been a drawn-out process spanning two months.The company has sent two replacement motors, as this appears to be a known issue. The first replacement arrived with incorrect tires, and we had to persistently follow up to receive a second motor with the proper honeycomb tires. While the new motor eliminated the error code, the scooter now only reaches 16 mph – far below the advertised 20 mph and essentially matching the performance of our previous Gotrax model, which defeated the purpose of upgrading.Most concerning is Gotrax's current solution: they're requesting that we ship this 40-pound scooter back to them at our expense for repairs. Given our experience with their customer service and previous attempts at resolution, this seems unreasonable. At this point the only acceptable solution is a replacement at which time I will gladly ship back the defective scooter with a prepaid shipping label.Bottom line: Between the recurring technical issues, subpar performance, and difficult customer service experience, I cannot recommend this product.Pros:Initially worked as advertisedWarranty coverage (though difficult to utilize)Cons:Recurring motor issuesFails to reach advertised speedPoor customer serviceEmail-only supportCustomer bears shipping costs for repairs

Although the rear tire got flat after three weeks, as soon as I contacted customer support, they quickly sent replacement parts and resolved the issue. In my opinion, they offer excellent after-sales service alongside the good quality of this scooter.

The foldable design is incredibly convenient, making it a breeze to carry and store when I'm on the go. I love how the frame feels sturdy, and the moderate weight(36lb) makes it easy to carry up and down stairs or hop on public transportation without any hassle.The performance of the Gotrax G4 is top-notch. The high-capacity battery ensures a satisfying range, allowing me to travel a considerable distance on a single charge. What's more, the scooter’s 10" Pneumatic Tires & Front Suspension give me a smooth and comfortable ride on city roads or any other road condition. The responsive dual braking system is reliable, giving me the confidence to slow down and stop safely whenever needed. I had some hesitations prior to buy this electric scooter as it is costly. After couple weeks of riding, it totally worth the money! The machine comes with a generic password, which means it's safe from theft and also child if they mistakenly turn it on and take off. It's easy to reset the password too, such a nice safety figure. The battery last long enough that I never have the chance to drain the battery dry yet cruising around my community. The top speed goes up to 32km/hr, so it's a nice an fun commute. Charging time is fast as well. The scooter step on surface is big enough to carry myself with my 6 years old. His now in love with riding the scooter with me exploring the areas around. The LED and headlight are great figure to have as well when it's getting dark outside. Overall, very impressed with the technology nowadays on how much fun they can bring to life. Definitely recommended.
