I started taking this product 2 months ago and found that it helps prevent migraines that are stress related, and when I have gotten migraines from eating trigger foods, it has reduced the pain intensity level from a 5-6/10 down to a 2/10, making it much easier to function. The trick is to keep taking it every day so it builds up in your system, vs. just taking it when you have pain. I haven’t noticed any negatives or side effects at all. As for flavor, it’s a capsule that you swallow, so I’ve never noticed any taste. I also prefer this formula to others that are PEA alone, since this one also contains luteolin (natural anti-inflammatory), magnesium (natural muscle relaxer) and white willow bark (natural pain reliever). Most highly recommended!

While this PEA is not micronized, I have found this product to be a better pain reducer for me than others. My rhumatologist recomended PEA in a micronized form, but I believe the addition of the white willow bark has an enhancing effect. I have tried numerous other PEA products, but keep coming back for to this one.

I've tried several products that claim to help with inflammation and muscular and joint discomfort with limited results. It was suggested I try the PEA blend from a friend. This product has all the markings of a quality product being GMP certified, non-gmo, and manufactured in the US. I did not experience any ill side effects when taking these. I did find my joints were moving more freely but my back pain remained. Since the pain was localized after taking this I do find that I received some benefit just not all that I had hoped. So from my experience, I give this an average rating. Not bad but not great either.

The product seems to be good quality. There were no unusual smells or tastes. Seems to be a good mix of the vitamins that I need. I have noticed that my joints have been a little less stiff. I still need to use the product for longer to know for sure that this is what the cause of some of my pain relief is.

This PEA supplement may help managing joint and nerve discomfort and support the immune system. The supplement contains Palmitoylethanolamide PEA, White Willow Bark, Luteolin, and Magnesium. I generally find that magnesium makes me tired so I take this at night before I go to bed or when I feel a migraine or headache coming on and have time for a nap. I am trying to cut back on regular ibuprofen and/or aspirin and like that this supplement contains different ingredients that are more natural to help with pain management.These capsules are a regular size and easy to swallow. They are odorless and tasteless. I typically take before I go to bed and have not experienced any stomach upset or negative side effects. The recommended serving size is 2 capsules a day, which makes this bottle a 1-month supply. It is more expensive than regular pain relievers, but is worth it if you are looking for a more natural way to treat pain and/or are trying to avoid negative side effects. I do love that it is made in the USA and appears to made with quality ingredients.

I've tried a number of products that make claims of reducing joint inflammation and overall body health and all I can say is that I don't notice a difference when taking this. I did a full bottle just to make sure it was in my system, but the only relief I really got was when I climbed into my cold plunge tub. I've tried this supplement all by itself without any other supplements to make sure there were not adverse reactions and to see if there was a noticeable difference when taking this product. Sadly, there was not.
