This headset is perfect for work from home. 1. Its comfy - i forget i have it on. 2. I like that it only has one ear muff because i can hear my kids but the sound is still loud and clear in the headset when on calls. 3. The mic is great, chstomers can hear me good. 4. The mute button is easy to find while wearing 5. It holds its charge and does not automatically turn off if inactive for a period of time like some headsets 6. I cant really speak to the noise cancelkation, yes it works because you can not hear backround noise as much but in my situation i wouldnt expect any headset to drown out my kids completely so... 7. It works with microsoft teams as well as the system we use for calls (softphone) 8. Its super easy to set up. 9. Stays connected all day no issues- if you put on chatger just turn it back on before you wear again but thats it- love that the charger doubles as a stand. I would highly recomend to anyone esp with children bc its easy to wear and stays on well but doesnt get in the way etc. Great headset so pleased with the purchase...ive been using for one full week so far. Previously i tried a gaming headset which was just too huge and blocked out sound too much and auto timed out and also a very small over the ear blue tooth peice but no one could hear me and it kept.disconnecting and reconnecting. This is ideal for office inbound call csr type work

This headset has served its purpose well so far. It's the first singular "headphone" I've bought. Having just the one earphone has come in handy when I'm in the office, since it lets me listen to my coworkers while also having an ear in whatever I'm working on on my computer.The sound quality is decent for what I was expecting. It's certainly not comparable to studio monitor headphones, but I think those cater to a whole separate kind of work. Don't expect to mix or master any sound files with these, but since I was just looking for a headphone that gives me clear sound while keeping an ear open to the world, these are great. It also has a British-sounding narrator that gives you audio cues about the headphones, like "Power on," "Pairing," and "Your headset is connected."For meetings on Zoom, this headset has been incredible. The fact it has a physical mic mute button means I know for sure when I am silent on calls. My sudden panic wondering if I muted myself with a call's digital button has been non-existent, since I have this physical button and second layer to cut off my audio now. It also came in handy when I tested it on games where there is no digital mute. It let me run game audio through my speakers while I only turned the mic back on when I needed it, getting rid of any feedback loop.The battery life is pretty good so far. I haven't had the chance to stress test the headphone's charge, but I've forgotten to turn them off a few times and when I picked the headset up later, it was still running just fine. A nice touch also, while it has a "pronged" charging station that gives an LED light for charging status, the earphone itself has a USB C charging port. The little docking station is nice, but I like the USB C port better for wide compatibility.Overall, this headset was a good get. There was very minimal setup time on Bluetooth with my phone and laptop, and now it's going to be a staple at work.

Everything including the mute button works on iPhone, but on Windows 10 Dell laptop the mute does nothing. I can hear well and others say I sound great. Headset is light weight and can be worn comfortably for hours.Mute relies on your device's software to function, which for some reason Windows does not handle properly.Tried with different apps on Windows such as Teams, WebEx, and sound recorder. None would mute.Teams and WebEx on iPhone would mute.

I am regretting buying this headset, which I was hoping to use for video conferencing and calls via desktop applications for work, such as Teams. There are several issues that render it pretty much useless unfortunately. One, it keeps losing the Bluetooth connection while it's not in use, so when you get a call on an app like Teams, you have to press a button to first allow it to pair and then again to connect. That is not an instantaneous process, so it turns into a scramble. Sometimes it just doesn't connect at all and you end up not being able to take the call. Two, the design of the dock is terrible. It is really hard to put the headset back in and then you have to move it around till the pins align for it to start charging. Three, the ear piece is smaller than pictured and takes some getting used to. Once connected, though, it works fine. I would have returned it but I opened the package and connected it and made the mistake of throwing away the packaging. For this much money you should be able to find better wireless headsets.

My current job is demanding me to be on call more than 5-6hrs a day and this headset is insane. Got this headset as I can switch the sides from left to right and this on the ear design is super comfortable for a long duration skype and MS Teams calls and it is just one ear. It has a good sound quality and background noice cancelling is also decent.I have two other different headsets, and this one is the best so far and very light weight. It comes with a nice handy charging stand, cable and even a USB dongle for direct connection to a PC. It pairs easily with my PC/Mobile and connects very quickly. It does have a mute button on the side for any quick mute/unmuting. So far 2 weeks into it and the battery life is really good. Single charge is running still and honestly I can’t confirm how long it will last, as its been two weeks of use currently and I just charged it once and full charge took around 25-35min.Overall, I'm very pleased with this headset and I recommend it.
