I have been taking Goli Ashwagandha for about three week now and I simply love it. I order this product just because I have been stress alot and needed something natural that would help me with my stress level. And baby when I tell you this product does the job. I had been taking it by the dosages that is on bottle which is 2 gummies twice daily. I was relax all the way down, until I barley keep my eyes open. This dosage had me so drownes and sleeping. One night I slept for 10 hours and that was good for me. Now I'm taking one gummy in the morning and one gummy at night and it still works. The taste is wonderful, they taste more like candy to me. I originally bought these to help me sleep and anything else would be an extra bonus. These make me sleepy, but in order to use these specifically for sleep you gotta give into it, otherwise you can still stay up. (I only eat 2 before bed and not the 4 they recommended so that might be part of it) Even though they didn’t really help me fall asleep I definitely felt more refreshed and ready to go when waking up and I’m NOT a morning person.I went without these for about a week and that’s when I really realized what I love about them. They really help me stay out of my own way with overthinking and stressing about stupid little unnecessary things. I have untreated adhd and for me it really helps to quiet the extra noise. I have to say that without the extra noise I feel that I’m better able to concentrate and multitask.Obviously everyone will have different experiences but I think for the price it’s worth a try.

When I told my husband this he said “and your anxiety, I notice you’re so much more relaxed and not as anxious”. Ever since he said that i can’t believe the difference I see and feel. DAMAGED GOOD. The vitamin gummies arrived in a crushed bottle and the protective seal inside the cap was already open. As a result, I can’t get my money back or even a replacement, these gummies (and my money) will go to waste as I do not feel safe consuming this in case it was tampered with. Really unsatisfied.
