It's funny, we bought this as an travel clipper, to bring on camping trips (where we don't want to bring our dog's expensive regular clippers, but sometimes we need to trim her because her fur grows so fast, especially around her muzzle). We picked this clippers mostly for the low price, and because we could get it in one day. So we were pleasantly surprised with how well it works! Also, it's not annoyingly loud either, like some inexpensive clippers are. It did a great job trimming our dog's fur, and it's small and lightweight and very comfortable to use.

This was the best anything I've ever purchased. Quiet, efficient, fast - I'm giving my long-haired kitties their Brazilian so fast, I feel like I should go into business! It's almost like it's self operating, I can't believe it's me performing such a great clip. So gentle, quick and painless, my cats don't give a peep of protest. Clips close AND painlessly. I'll be saving a ton of money on groomer and vet visits. I have arthritis in my hands, but with this I clip like a pro, smooth and fast. It's also lightweight, pretty and has no weird plastic or chemical odor - like the big brand name, overly heavy clipper I returned to a big box warehouse store - that cost 4 times as much. I have to say this is perfect. I totally love it. I'm not big on reviews, and not overly effusive, but I'm in love with this amazing clipper.

This cute little shaver is easy to use. we have a long hair cat that needs a little clearing away from her booty so that nothing gets stuck to it while in the cat box. This does the trick beautifully. It’s easy to use, holds the charge well and not loud so doesn’t scare the cat. We are very happy with this product.

First, this is my best buddy in the whole wide world and I love him very dearly and it is mutual until it comes to grooming certain areas unless my little stage 5 is in the bath. I had a brilliant idea and found this brilliant product. It arrived this week and I gave it a test run tonight. He got a bath tonight and for the first time EVER, allowed me to clipper around his eyes and snout. I have only been able to use scissors and I can only get so close with those. He was surprisingly comfortable with this. He did not growl or try to bite me. He does not nibble, he draws blood and he will not let you take his squirrel either. This made me more comfortable as well with home grooming him. The noise level is comparable to a bikini trimmer. The attachments are beautifully made. Love that they are dual ended. Less pieces that I have to try not to lose and less storage. Love how compact and lightweight this clipper set is. My favorite thing is the interchangeable clipper heads. I will be selling all of his old grooming equipment. Charging seemed fairly quick, but it did have a little charge on it when I got it. Once I can get him comfy enough to shave in the bath, that's where he is going to be shaved. I have a very heavy duty hair catcher and this was the easiest cleanup as well. I wasn't covered in dog hair and none of my furniture is either. Tonight was a bath and leave in detangler with eyes being trimmed up. I have to work in batches with him and have let his winter coat grow so he's not too cold. Tomorrow, he will be fully shaved and touched up on his face so it isn't so choppy. He isn't super long and too matted and I trust that this clipper set will be able to handle his winter coat. I just have to wait for the bestie to come over and hold him for me. He is a two person job when it comes to shaving him. He was kicked out of the groomer because he is feisty. I would recommend this clipper set in a heartbeat. What little I used it today, it worked great. Great way to minimize clutter and this is just an all around brilliant design. So many positive reasons to give it a try.

Bought one of these and it was great. Worked well on my dog and cutting my cat's mats out. Then I misplaced the charger. Bought a new pair of these clippers and they are not nearly as powerful. They barely cut through my cat's fur even when fully charged. So I guess it's a gamble on if you get a good one or not.

I have an older, disabled long haired cat who struggles with grooming and gets horribly matted every spring. I have tried keeping her brushed to no avail, and eventually the mats get so large and tight to her skin that scissors are not a possibility. Last spring, I took her to the vet, the only place locally that will do cat grooming. They gave her a lion shave, but only after multiple appointments since they required her to have a full check up and all of her shots updated first. I also had to get up super early that day to give her pills to sedate her, and they gave her anesthesia when she arrived, which was nerve wracking. All that for a haircut, and the grooming appointment alone cost $300. This spring, I decided to give DIY a try. I was nervous that she wouldn't let me since the vet made such a big deal about sedation, but surprisingly, she LOVED IT! Within a half hour of this shaver arriving at my house, all of her mats were gone. Granted, she is deaf so she couldn't hear the noise anyway, but this shaver is very quiet and gentle. I thought the vibration might freak her out, but she purred the whole time. It must have been like a massage! 😂 She did have enough of it after a couple minutes, but most of it was done by then and the rest I could get one at a time with breaks in between.I had also been worried about it nicking her because I have used electric shavers myself and they are often not very gentle, but this is one of the best I have tried. No nicks, no pain. I shaved straight down her body with the grain of the hair and it cut through all that fluff like butter.This cost about $35 as opposed to $300, and no need for anesthesia. Now, we can address any future mats in minutes with no trouble. I admit that my lion shave doesn't look as good as the vet's did, but we'll work on it. 😅 The shaver works great, any errors are my own!
Great little clipper!!
My Ragdoll cat had a big nasty clump of matted fur which I couldn't comb out and couldn't cut off with scissors as it was too close to his skin, after getting a ridiculous quote for $140 from a pet groomer I decided to look into getting a pet clipper and doing it myself. Found this cute little clipper on Bolo for a very reasonable price so i thought, what the heck let's give it a crack...and I'm SO glad I did. My cat is a very nervous and anxious little thing so he didn't like me holding him down but he eventually gave in after a few minutes and allowed me to clip him. I only clipped the area that was matted and was amazed by how easy it was. It was very quiet and did the job quickly and beautifully! I now have a matt free cat who is currently cranky with me but he'll get over it. If you need a simple clipper for small clipping jobs I highly recommend this clipper!

La máquina tiene un defecto y es que la cuchilla que va al lado de la navaja es de plástico. Pero corta increíblemente rápido.Tengo una gatito que siempre se le hacen bolas de pelos y era muy difícil contarle el pelo desde abajo, tardaba mucho con la máquina normal y eso que era una de buen marca, pero para pelo de humano. En fin que con esta y sin calentarse ni jalonear el pelo del gato, terminé en menos de 20 minutos. No me arrepiento de esta compra. De verdad, vale mucho la pena, trae peines y cargador.
