Came out great in my ten year old Oster bread machine. Put in the water and oil, then the flour mix, and finally the included yeast. I was somewhat surprised by the instruction to use the white bread setting rather than whole wheat, but it worked fine. Three hours and twenty-five minutes later, it was done. I removed the pan from the machine, covered it with a clean dish towel, let it rest ten minutes, then removed the loaf from the pan. It cooled for an hour or so, still under the dish towel, before I sliced it. I have two very good bread knives, but I get neater results with my trusty old Black & Decker electric knife, and a plastic slicing guide from Bolo. (My review title says "healthful" because I was taught too many years ago that only a living organism can be healthy.) The texture and taste were as good as I hoped. My wife, who generally prefers white bread, liked it, too. This mix is a bit spendy, but I am happy with it because my own efforts at mixing whole grain flours for bread have produced less than stellar results. One thing I try to remember to write in every review, if I had it to do over again knowing what I know now, would I still buy it? Absolutely!

I bought the Mix for my Bread machine. But instructions on the packaging don’t mention Bread Machines, even though it was listed under „Bread Machine Mix“ It directs you to a website.🤨So I went ahead and fixed the Bread in my Machine like I did other mixes in the past. It turned out ok!
