I couldn’t believe that branded company even spending more than $800 item came with as damaged product. When I try to change the time the dial handle ( roller ) on the watch is stuck not even moving . Might be return item packed as new without checking the quality . Very much sad to say this and totally disappointed to trust a brand now .

It’s a great watch. Ordered from U.S.A. as the price (even including import fees etc) was around £200 cheaper than U.K. prices. The watch runs automatically and has plenty of power to last 12 hours or more. I wear it in bed and it is still going when I get home after work. Luminous hands are great, actually work in the dark, unlike a couple of other watches that I own. No complaints as yet, really pleased that I bought this Tissot. Watch came boxed, with manual etc etc. Stainless bracelet and watch face were protected with clear film.

Don't blame your watch, blame the magnetic fields around us
It's a great watch and it looks wonderful. You should know that any magnetic field can and will affect the movement on a mechanical watch. Nowadays we are surrounded by electromagnetic radiations so you need to have a watch demagnetizer (cheap and effective) and check some tutorials on the web. Cell phones, computers, loud speakers and headphones are among the worst and if affected it will not be accurate and may stop working at all.So before blaming Automatic Tissot's movement make sure your watch is not affected by your own devices.
