I've been using this on and off (a few times a week) for a few months now, so I'm not totally sure how much it's actually working, but I have noticed my scars looking noticably lighter which makes me think it’s helping. It’s super easy to pump out, apply, and spread over the skin smoothly. The gel takes around 20–30 minutes to fully dry, and afterwards my skin feels really moisturized without the texture being wet or sticky (thankfully). It also doesn’t have any scent, which I like, and it doesn’t leave much residue after applying. The size is also decent and lasts me a while, and I've tried all sorts of other scar gels so far but I think this is definitely the best one!

I recently had plastic surgery, maxtopexy, leg lift and brachioplasty. Because the wounds were so extensive the scars were prominent and looked thick as is normal. I have been using Scar Gel for 7 weeks and I couldn’t be happier with this wonderful product. In addition, I also bought the silicone strips and use them at night. However, for my daily life, the Gel is my comfort. My surgeon and lymphatic drainage therapy have seen a huge change in my process. I have seen other patients who have been around longer than me and their scars are hypertrophic or have developed keloids. The only thing I wish was the option to buy them automatically every so often. I 200% recommend the product. It does not stain clothes, it is not sticky, it is very noble and for old scars that still hurt or are unsightly, it improves and harmonizes the appearance, even lightens hyperpigmented ones.✨️💯

I have had keloid scars on my shoulders since I was a teenager. They were acne that turned into keloids that never went away. They are big and just ugly looking. I cant wear my hair up because of them. I got this and put it on the table where I usually sit so I can remember to constantly apply it. I have been using it for about a week now and I can seriously see a big difference. I see the color of the keloid changing from red to my skin color and I can tell it is actually flattening the scar. I am very happy with the results. I will post pictures of before and after in a couple of weeks. 🥹🤝🏼

After having surgery on my eyelids I was encouraged by the surgeon to use a scar gel.I have applied this product 4-5 times a day and it absolutely works. Buying a second round.

Not appropriate for sensitive area scars such as nose.1: hard to see in picture but there are extra ingredients OTHER THAN the silicone. -polysiloxanes and carbomer emulsifier.2: as soon as i apply this to my surgical scars right by my nose it causes uncontrollable mucus production and tear duct activity. If you have a sensitive area such as this, please look for a product where silicone is THE ONLY INGREDIENT.3: i do not have any known allergies and am an extremely healthy and fit person, so i do not believe that is a factor in this.4: i know it is the extra ingredients in this product causing the irritation because when i use a product off the shelf from a store where silicone is the only listed ingredient i do not have a waterfall of nose mucus and tear duct activity.

Helps to remove scars
I've used this scar cream for about 2 months. I used it on new surgical scars and old acne scars. For acne scars, it has lightened and flattened the scars noticeably. For surgical scars, it has helped greatly in flattening the scar and evening out the color. You have to use this consistently to see results. So far I've had great results!
Great product
I've been using this every day for 2 months since i had stitches out from a hand surgery. I don't know if its healed well naturally or because of this product but either way i think it's great. Keeps the scar well moisturised, better than an E45 cream. Great for using for scar massage too, as its no friction.
