We preserve and enhance the aromas through our patented pressurized cans. Patented in 1934 by illy, pressurization is a preservation system in which the air in the tin is replaced by an inert gas at a pressure greater than that of the atmosphere. In this way, not only is the freshness of our coffee maintained, but its aroma is also enhanced. To obtain the best sustainable quality, illy sources the finest Arabica around the world, establishes a lasting relationship with the growers and nurtures a virtuous circle, generating well-being for consumers and socio-economic development for producers.

UPDATEBuying 100 at a time is back ... but a hugh price hike - used to be about $ 53 for 100 now its around $ 86 for 100 .. this is the same price as Nespresso ... so so so annoyed by this - will have to try another brand-----------------I love illy nespresso pods for my Pixie Nespresso .. i use illy for my moka pot but only when i have time to monitor it.. WFH these pods are great - i can make my latte in minutes - the taste is better than any of the nespresso flavors (and i used to order them)I have bought the 100 pak for years and NOW they are NOT available. And a single 10 pak is $10!!!ILLY PLEASE PLEASE - you will sell more at a lesser price than Nespresso and all of us fans (see the other reviews who agree) will love you and buy yours forever!

I was very disappointed to receive my order on Sep 4, 2024 with a ‘Best Before’ date of Sep 21, 2024 - 17 days after I received my order.One has to wonder what happened to appropriate quality control during order fulfilment.
