I'm a person who had did an abdominoplasty lower body lift and 360 lipo. I have been in swelling and pain for the past 6 months and I couldn't take the risk of accumulating fat again around my lower body. After thorough research I understood that 7 keto dhea created thermogenesis to burn calories and fat and help to maintain lean muscles. Also it helps with your testosterone. I'm glad that I found this product bcoz it really worked and to be honest lost 2.87 pounds with clean diet and resistance weight training, 5miles walk daily in one week. It really works( took 200 mg in divided doses daily). Now cranked up to 400 mg ( 4 divided doses) to see the difference, which is tolerable yet I am boiling from inside like a furnace. So I have to drink alot of water.

Can taste a strong bitter sour taste through the capsules before swilling. Blah 😑. I’ve tried other makers 7 keto capsules and none of them have this terrible taste.Would like a refund but Bolo won’t return to the company.

If you have been seeking the benefits of DHEA without the conversion to testosterone properties, 7-Keto DHEA is just what you're looking for. I take DHEA and it helps me sleep better, better endurance and recovery. I switched to 7-Keto to see how much of a difference it would make and within a week I as feeling more tired, listless, longer recovery so I switched back.On the other hand, if you're a woman or someone who doesn't want the conversion properties but just the other benefits of DHEA (which are plentiful), this is what you need.

This didn't do anything for me. DHEA is supposed to improve energy and mood levels, but this one didn't do that for me. It didn't do anything. I've been taking DHEA over the years and I always notice a difference. It could be that this is 7-Keto DHEA, which is slightly different than regular DHEA. I'm not sure, but just giving you my assessment as to the effects I noticed if any. This is being marketed as a weight management product, but I've never found products like this to do anything in that department. Exercise and diet are what contributes to weight management.

I have been following a low carb diet for the better part of almost 15yrs. I have tried everything. Honestly the only thing I have noticed helps ME is caffeine. Not to say this doesn't work. It may very well help someone who is newer to this way of eating. As for me, I most likely will not let this again.
