Made in partnership with the Gibson Custom Shop, the Limited Edition 1959 Les Paul Standard is Epiphone's stunning recreation of the rare vintage classic. Featuring a mahogany body with a maple top with a AAA figured maple veneer, comfortable 1959 hand-rolled neck profile with long neck tenon, aged finish, Gibson USA BurstBucker 2 & 3 humbucking pickups, Switchcraft selector switch and output jack, CTS pots, 50s era wiring, Mallory capacitors, non-beveled pickguard, new Epiphone Deluxe vintage tuners, and a vintage-style brown hard case. It also comes with an Epiphone Limited Edition metal medallion toggle switchplate. Available in Aged Dark Burst and Aged Dark Cherry Burst.

While they were off, I reset the neck to straight and massaged the frets to the same height and polished the frets and softened the fret ends.I plan to Top Wrap a set of .009”’s reset the neck and adjust the pickup heights.This work should really make this guitar sing.I’ve completed all of the adjustments mentioned and I’ve got to say what a difference it makes. Intonation is great all across the neck, sustain is awesome and the strings feel great.I do recommend this to any player out there.

Leaving 5 stars for the product itself and the seller for promptly refunding. This is a great guitar. Unfortunately when it arrived, it had a gouge on the front of the body. Probably playable, but for how much it is, I didn't want a damaged guitar. Sent it back and got a prompt refund from the seller. I bought another from a local store and can vouch at the quality of this model of epiphone.
