I've been using the shampoo and conditioner for the past 20+ years now and I love them. The shampoo keeps my grey hair bright and doesn't leave that sticky soap film. The conditioner de tangles and washes out completely. Expensive but well worth it!

I am writing this only because of other reviews I have seen of how this item was received. The cap on mine was taped shut and therefore, no spillage of the product. Also, was packaged securely in the box. Very happy with this shipping. Also, this is a product I have used for years, love this.

I'm not sure what I expected when my stylist told me to start using Purple Shampoo & Conditioner as we work on fading my my original hair into my new white-silver hair - but I sure didn't expect that particular color of purple. The first time I used it, my shower walls looked like a blueberry explosion had happened. Sort of reminded me of the color of Violet after she ate the gobstopper from the Chocolate Factory. Luckily the purple spots that got on the towel washed right out and my hands also looked fine after a good cleansing - I really was worried that it would stain my hands.Also, since I didn't read reviews beforehand, I'm really glad that my product didn't explode during shipment - the bottles actually had strong tape across the top.I'm not sure yet how well it is working since I've only been using it for about a week now. However, the smell is a bit awful IMO, but not so bad to cause me to stop using the product. Time will tell on that.

I’ve been using this shampoo for a few weeks and I’m really impressed. It helps maintain my hair color without fading, and it leaves my hair soft, shiny, and healthy-looking. Unlike other color shampoos, this one doesn’t dry out my hair. It also smells amazing! If you’ve dyed your hair and want to keep it looking fresh, this shampoo is a must.
