I like the product except that it is a cordless extension and has to be used in the USA

Good product. However, the “wireless” component requires all additional phones to have close proximity to the main set. As in a large room. Not in situations with walls and definitely not for another floor. Requires “site-line” for connectivity with other phone units.

Opened the box to set up and it is missing the AC adaptor. Frustrated as I am super busy and don't have time to go through return process. Also have ordered cordless phone as well and it is not delivered yet as promised.

Have only had this phone system a couple months but so far they work good. They are easy to use and easy to set up. We have a 3 phone system with this equipment and are happy so far.

Tried two different devices to record music from both of them were recorded blurry and lousy sounding for the caller and the phone speaker I would not ever use that feature and that’s one of the reasons why I bought this phone so I’m returning

This phone is a little harder to use than the older Panasonic we had. Also, the answering machine does not always work. I am buying another base because I have a small business and it is imperative that we receive our messages. Already bought all the handsets so I am going to try again, fingers crossed.
