Sometimes I deal with an active mind right when im trying yo go to sleep. I will toss and turn for a long time. Insomnia for me is worse in pregnancy and my friend told me about coffea cruda! This is amazing! It does calm the mind pretty quickly so you can fall asleep. I always keep a tube on me!

Wish I’d known about this product with my first pregnancy. Pregnancy insomnia was combatted successfully! I’d have a few before bedtime and I’d feel drowsy but not fuzzy headed. If I woke in the night I’d pop another 2 to help me drift back to sleep quickly-especially if I got up and used my phone/computer.I will always be reordering and recommending to folks. Love Boiron products-we use the pulsatilla for our toddler when she’s sick.

These sleep pellets have a slightly sweet taste. I'm kind of a hard case when it comes to insomnia, but sometimes the pellets help me to sleep. They don't seem to be addictive. I'd rather not take prescription sleep meds if I can help it, so these have a place in my medicine cabinet.

I must be one of those rare cases where nothing helps. I read all the testimonies and thought that this would be helpful. I have used Boiron products for 20 years so I thought "Great! This will be so helpful". Alas...I took 5 pellets at 11:15 and at 2:30 a.m., I was still awake and my mind woudn't shut down. I took 2 more pellets and was still awake at 3 a.m. and frustrated because I had to get up at 8 a.m. I ended up using an anxiety medication which is what I am trying to stop doing. I'm happy for veryone else. Just wished it had worked for me.

This natural supplement dissolves under the tongue. I take 5 pellets at bedtime when my thoughts are going to keep me up. I’m fast asleep within 15 minutes and I stay asleep. I’ve used this for more than a year and it’s not addictive. I use as needed.
