Using this combination has really helped my teeth health. I've used Waterpiks in the past but they were noisy and I never really liked using them. But the tip on this one sprays water in gentler and is quieter than I expected. The magnet mount that holds the pik is great as well. Comes with a travel charger for the brush, and carrying case. I bought some extra deep white cleaning heads. So far so good with this model and I'd recommend it. I did sync this to the app on my phone but personally dont use the app. The toothbrush will vibrate differently to let you know if you are applying too much pressure. Also while brushing, it will do a quick stop/start to let you know it's time to change to different area of your mouth to clean. This happens I think every 30 seconds.

This is my new replacement . My old one got tired so got a new and improved one I love that it is all in one and compact so it does not consume my small countertop area . It works so very well

I only have one outlet in the bathroom and ordered this because it holds both the toothbrush and flosser. Both work very well and doesn't take up much more space than just my Sonicare toothbrush. I really like that it has different modes and different levels so I can tailor to my needs, just as increasing/decreasing the pressure. The instructions are easy to follow. Even though I brush and floss everyday, I wanted something to get even more stuff from between my teeth and gums. My teeth/gums feel really clean.

Dont buy. Get another brand. So far, Ive had 2 units fail with the same issue of leaking water out of the base and loss of pressure. One just past the warranty ended and the other was bad right out of the box. Definately has issues and not the quality one would expect from Phillips.

Both the brush and flosser parts of this product work well, but unfortunately for me the flosser failed after just over 6 months of use. I heard a pop sound from inside the unit, and shortly after water drained out all over my counter. Not the quality I expected for $250.Update: after working with the customer support chatbot, they agreed to send a replacement, which they did quickly. What they sent was just the series 7000 flosser part, which is reasonable (except now the brush and flosser don't share a power cord). I'm giving them another star for the service.

This works great as both toothbrush and a water flosser. It's nice to have one thing to plug in as I only have two receptacles in the bathroom. Now I can plug in my hair dryer as well. Looks good too.

I have had veneers for years and after using this product a few times, the veneer on the back of a front tooth chipped. I had a bit of dental work done to fix the little chip and that didn't last long.I don't dare use this thing -- I can't afford to lose veneers or anything else in my mouth.I would be happy to return it if they will let me.

This product lasted 4 years, it finally came the day where the waterflosser has stopped working while the tooth brush is great
Compact footprint and fairly quiet water flosser.
Good size water tank and different modes. Thought it would feel more solid but hopefully it will hold up well. Now that I’ve used one, I can’t imagine being without it. I still floss but this really cleans around my gum line
Dosent replace dental floss
The toothbrush is amazing the water pik is great and does an ok job for maintaining a healthy gum .
Good but kind of leaky
Toothbrush is great, same with the water floss station.The main complaint with the water floss station is that water seems to drain or leak from the handle after a few hours causing a small pool of water beneath itMultiple modes on both the toothbrush and floss station make it easy to use and get adjusted to stronger settings. Would recommend
