The media could not be loaded. Arrived on time. Product as advertised. Easy construction with limited tools. Does require 2 people. Well made. Shipped without damage. Well packaged. Stickers are cute but don't hold up well. Instructions easy to follow. Overall, cute cute cute playhouse! 3 and 5 year old granddaughters love it. Big enough for several children to play inside and roomy enough for an adult to stand up.We built a deck using Trex decking and the playhouse is heavy enough that it didn't require anchors.

This is so cute and spacious, love it so much. Stickers don't stick too good in the cold and have to cover the windows for now but this is really the best playhouse ever.

When my parents told my husband and me that they wanted to buy our daughters a playhouse, we discussed kind (size, colors, material) and then started our search. I won't settle for anything until I have found every kind of playhouse made. I finally came across the Lifetime Playhouse and when I showed my mom, she had the same reaction as I did...blown away by how cute it was. The fact that it was a Lifetime (didn't know that Lifetime made these kinds of products) made us even happier because we trust the quality of the product. We have tables and chairs from this same company and those products have lasted us a lifetime (haha). I was disappointed by some of the reviews but I thought about the quality of the brand. Could it be as bad as it was being described? Part of me was hesitant because spending this kind of money and knowing that it could lead to disappointment made the decision to buy it difficult. I trusted the other reviews that gave this playhouse five stars and we purchased it and we couldn't be happier with it. Our daughters can't wait to go outside and enjoy their new house. The setup was easy in the sense that I had help (promise a friend lunch if they can help). The most useful resource was the Lifetime Playhouse assembly video on YouTube. In addition to having someone help me, the video saved me. I watched the video the day before I started the building process and it prepared me for what was to come. I actually did all the predrilling on every piece that needed to be drilled rather than drilling as I went. This, I felt, saved me a ton of time. In addition to building the house, my dad had to help me build a platform (foundation) that the house would sit on because I don't have a grassy or flat area to place the house. I am worried about when it rains and the potential of the rain not having a way out. It doesn't rain a lot in sunny southern California but when it does, it can be a potential problem. If you have a grassy or flat area where the house can sit, you probably won't have to worry at all. I appreciate the design and craftsmanship of the house. The bottomless feature is great and helps to prevent unnecessary water damage or other problems. I highly recommend this product. To watch my daughters play and enjoy as much as they do is priceless.

Instructions could have been better but was able to assemble in a reasonable amount of time. Appreciated the extra hardware in case something went wrong but didn’t need any. Great house for granddaughter and she loved it. I expect it to last for years and she will outgrow it in age before she does in size as adults fit inside with no problem.

I have 7 year old twin boys who have been dying for a “clubhouse” but at nearly 5 ft. tall already they are too big for most on the market. Enter the Lifetime house. Not only is it an adorable addition to any backyard, it’s so spacious inside all 4 of us can fit comfortably. We have an adult-sized folding table and 2 chairs in there with plenty of room to spare. We opted not to build in the play kitchen for extra room, and since so many say the decals peel we just left them off. They wanted more of a “clubhouse” vibe anyway. We added a few of our own touches like a solar porch light and a astroturfed wooden platform. Since it’s been built our kids have practically lived in it, even eaten dinner in it a few times. Don’t let the plastic material fool you - this ain’t no Little Tikes house! The pieces are super heavy, and once built the house is very difficult to move. It’s a definite team build. I am ultra independent when it comes to projects but it was just too much for one person. Especially the roof.My one and only gripe is the roof leaks. This wasn’t marketed as weatherproof and obviously it has huge open windows, but considering Lifetime is a shed company capable of making a roof that doesn’t leak I don’t think that’s too much to ask here. I caulked the roof and around the base inside and out with waterproof silicone and that helped. Otherwise we had no issues with delivery, instructions, missing parts, or other unexpected frustrations.Fun tip, adhesive hooks stick very well to the plastic. That’s how we hung the baskets and decor inside. Nearly everything you see inside we picked up on Bolo.

Love this house . Had bought a different one but my grandson liked me to go inside with him and it was too small. This is great for adults to stand in and play with your grandchildren. The stickers are my only complaint. They do peel off so I would suggest using a different kind of glue, but otherwise I love the house
