This granulated Monk Fruit, Erythritol product dissolved very easily in the cold water (unlike a Monk Fruit extract powdered product that clumped and floated to the top and wouldn't dissolve). The taste is amazing and I cannot tell that I wasn't using sugar (I tired making Kool-Aid with Splenda years ago and it had a nasty artificial taste). Now I can enjoy tropical Kool-Aid or whatever other flavors as a treat that is not loaded with sugar. Also a friend who doesn't like non sugar sweeteners tried it in his coffee and said that it tasted liked sugar to him.

Since monkfruit is a lot sweeter than sugar or erythritol, I use less of this combination in my baked goods. I also don’t seem to get the cooling sensation with this product as much as I do with straight erythritol. I am happy with this product.

We heard the dangers of using erythritol sweetener sweetener so we decided to try this. With this product I use less than a third of what I used tou with erythritol sweetener and it tastes much better. This product is excellent but I hope the price goes down soon.

Purchased this for $8.51, proceeded to come back a few months later and find that the price has been raised to $18.99? Why??Texture is a little off, but the flavor is nearly indistinguishable from table sugar. Unfortunately erythritol doesn't bake quite like cane sugar without the help of other sweeteners, like allulose. Overall a solid substitute that mixes well into tea or coffee. Would recommend at the original price. Splenda Magic Baker is superior, however (and now much more affordable as well.)

My hubby is diabetic. I use this in homemade sorbet, homemade gluten-free waffles. A few other random treats. It's been a blessing. He doesn't feel so deprived.

This is one of those commodity type products that varies in price alot right now. When I bought this, the price gave me twice as much as other brands. Also, the "sweetness" is good, so I am not using more than usual. Will buy again as long as the price warrants.
